Support from 888 sent me to Luxon, saying the issue is on their side. Luxon checked for 3 days and said everything is working fine on their end, the account is okay, and there are no restrictions. I wrote back to 888 about this, and they were like, "Well, something in the system isn’t working" (that's it, nothing about how and who gonna fix the issue). I really want to restore the full connection of Luxon to the account, especially since it’s already confirmed the problem is on 888 side

can you please send it over to the game integrity team, the players in the screen shot joined 25nl snap table, and did collusion/chip dump until player I3eliu2090 reached around 600BBs and then they left, player A bets 99 bbs, player B goes all in for 100bbs, Player A folds leaving him 1 bb, and on repeat. ty. game was played 27th October 11.53 EET.




Software update failed with error message "cannot extract resources". Has this happened to anyone else?

A re-install did fix it though.

I'd like to share a successful case. My 888poker withdrawal to Luxon was stuck on October 21st. Yesterday afternoon, I posted on the official 888 Reddit channel, and within two hours, their ambassador contacted me via private message. I gave him my first and last name and my 888poker nickname. This morning, the money from that withdrawal, and even from the second withdrawal on October 26th, was in my Luxon account!!! Excellent support! I'm impressed!

Nothing has changed since my previous message. Once again, I’ve spent about two hours chatting with a live support agent - and still, nothing has been verified. All of my documents keep getting rejected, and the agent disappeared without even checking the last document I submitted.

Could you please check and let me know why my documents keep getting declined?
I have already submitted around 10 different documents - including bank statements, apartment utility bills, and a TV+Internet bill. I have nothing else to provide.

When I first registered, I accidentally made a typo in my first name. I’ve already discussed this with a live chat agent, and we verified my account together - the agent confirmed that the correction was made, but my profile still shows the wrong name.
My correct name is Taisiia, not Taiisia, as it currently appears in my personal information. You can verify this by checking the ID document I uploaded earlier - it clearly shows the correct spelling.

At this point, I really don’t know what else I can do and I’m just waiting, hoping for your help and understanding.
