ManU slowly starting to look like a real football team again

It seems people universally just agreed that Kerkez was a really good signing at the time, which I didn’t understand at the time. Not that it was wrong to think or anything, but I was surprised because I’d never really noticed or heard about him at all at Bournemouth before.

FPL points maybe haha. Eight goal contributions in a decentish Bournemouth defense, super young but already had two proven seasons in the league, Robertson looks past it. Made a ton of sense but he hasn't been overly inspiring as of yet.

Also nice hit DuckSauce 👍

Kudus seems pretty good to be fair

Brutal.

I completely forgot Kudus played for West Ham. For me he came from Ajax.

Not the best of halves, but we are at least ahead

Get in! City losing is delightful as well.

Foster!

Massive win

I think we have a somewhat legit shot at equaling Chelsea’s goals conceded record of 15.

I have never seen a team look so impenetrable.

And that with a clearly below par Saliba who came off at HT, and a Gabriel who almost didn’t make the starting XI.

Timber is a quite incredible footballer, is comfortably the clubs best RB since Lauren and may even eclipse him in time.

rough math i did suggests its somewhere between 5-10% chance so bit of a long shot, but not drawing dead.

I agree it’s a very long shot. Almost everything has to go very well (injuries, suspensions, form, accidents, freak goals, PGLOL) for the next 29 games.

Arsenal are gonna win the league via being the set piece final boss yet are also clearly the best team anyway.

Also that bro is about to get to cut his hair after a year. I was hoping for some Robinson Crusoe level growth.

Sagna was far better than Lauren (I suspect that's who you meant)

04-05 mourinhos first year

Bolton in 6th almost brings a tear to my eye, good times

No he wasn't. Sagna was very good in most respects but couldn't cross a ball to save his life.

Maybe my memory fails me but Lauren wasn't exactly the platonic ideal of a modern attacking fullback, right?

One Premier League game only on Boxing Day

Spoiler
Show

I made fun of his mentality before, but I must say from what I’ve seen recently Sesko looks like he might be quite a nice player for United.

Lauren was before my time as a fan unfortunately, but Sagna will personally always be one of my most beloved Arsenal players of all time. A warrior of a player who always put in a hell of a shift.

Neither is Timber, yet.

Rodgers sacked at Celtic and the club release a statement slagging him off. Very classy.

He resigned. He wasn’t sacked.

I presume he had three envelopes with the names of board members he thought were twats.

Scottish football is on complete meltdown this year. Both Rangers and Celtic having a top banter year at the same time, Hearts currently 8 points clear at the top and a Scottish team is bottom of the table for both the Europa and Conference leagues.
