2025 NFL Season Thread: Can Uncle Rico save the Broncos or will they be Nixed?
Greetings friends.
Those of you who know me know me as a Niners fan full of fantastical levels of vitriol and rage. I hav
That Eagles front office is pretty pretty good. Still hate 'em, but damn, always making moves to get better. Jealous.

Well, some of the moves are because they have lost some players and need to fill them in. Also, Adoree' Jackson has been awful. So yes, trying to get better, but also covering up for some failed acquisitions and injuries.
Your top 4 all lost this week. Curious who out of Chiefs, Packers, Eagles, Lions, and Colts you're now suddenly leaving out of that pack. I can take a wild guess though.
Sorry McLovin. Lions are good, but not the best.
If Buffalo beats KC, the rankings are going to be a mess this week
PIT>IND
MIN>DET
CAR>GB
NE and DEN beating awful teams by 1 and 3 respectively
Rankings will indeed be tricky. Not worried about Lions or Packers but that one showed the dark underbelly of Indiana Jones.
The real answer is that it's a 17 game season, and weird **** happens, sometimes on the same weekend.
The fun answer is: CHAOS
Chaos is indeed king.
Fine with the Phillips trade. Dude's been on a decline and always injured.
I used to know the comp pick rules, but is Phillips eligible for a comp pick if the Eagles lose him to FA?
If so, the Eagles gained a player and all they did was push a 3rd round pick (they had 3) back a year to whatever comp pick Phillips would generate the year after.
Seems like a win-win if so.
Rico doing the Key-and-Peele "two pumps" celebration, getting flagged, and his teammates arguing with the refs in full seriousness that it was only two pumps so he shouldn't be flagged is the best thing to happen this weekendOf course Fox has no problem posting it on their youtube channel tho, godless swine

Spoiler
Much easier when your coach let's you vulture 1 yard tds from your rbs who break down the defense through the 20s. Its similar to mahomes to that little touch shovel pass 5 times a year. Pad them stats buddy
Surely Brisset is QB1 moving forward for Cards?
Don’t look too hard at the schedule but the Panthers have two winnable games and could be 7-4 in a fortnight

Hurts is having a great year so far, but it really doesn't feel like the Eagles are the best team in the league.
Hope I'm wrong in January like last year 😃

Lots of parity so far, feels like the top 6-8 teams are just going to constantly shuffle all year. Eagles feel just right, almost under the radar somehow with how strong Rams and Seahawks are coming on, and Lions Packers in the mix.

There is a lot of parity but the cream will rise to the top. Philly, KC and Buffalo will all be in the top by the end of the season. I suspect Buffalo to make a move at WR today. KC may make a move at RB. Denver will be right there. The Seahawks might be the best team in a weak NFC. Detroit will stick around the top. I don't think the Rams last long health wise. The Packers have the roster but they don't have the championship DNA. If the Bucs can get healthy they could make a run. I do think the Ravens are gonna make a late push.
Uhhh Sauce to Indy eh
Denver is working on a trade.
lol colts
wtf two 1st round picks + AD Mitchell
awful process

great deal for NO in dealing Shaheed
