I have been playing Bovada NL25, NL50 and occasionally NL100 and for over 10 years I have seen hundreds or even thousands of inexplicable run outs. Half the time favoring me and half the time favoring an opponent. I am 100% convinced Bovada manufactures these dramatic hands to maintain interest amongst Recs..
I posted a couple weeks ago about Iggy saying they texted a code to verify my account, but the code never actually showing up.
I spoke with support, they escalated it. I've continued to log in every couple days and click the buttons to get a verification code sent to my email, but it never comes through.
I had the same problem, it seems fixed as from today.
When you get an error logging in, delete the browser data, and try again. Usually works for me.
hey guys been a while since ive downloaded and looked at all the cards face up HH. which poker database program will allow me to import the downloaded hands and watch them face up without using a converter? i remember a while ago i had to use like ignition hand converter, but then i think the newer databases you can direct import them without the conversion. thanks!
been suspicious in some spots on the 1kaire bubbles, but last night again it was wack and i downloaded the HH to see all the cards and this shit is bad. I mean when your 1/8 and 6 get seats, and you dont even get any spots they just block you out, and i bubble, it just felt so dirty. so I checked the hole cards and its ugly man. FYI just stay away from the 1kaire if you like money. in this particular one where 6 got paid when we were 8 handed, there was 4 of them working together. pretty substantial. they chop you up. so AVOID THE 1kaire. I would send it to bovada but ive already heard how that goes with others, so we gotta just look out for ourselves.
A few days ago I was trying to update my phone number via chat and when I was asked what was the amount of my last deposit I gave the wrong answer.I was not sure because I made 5 deposits that day, all of which were different amounts. It was my bad. Because I messed up, I was asked to send my ID and selfie in via email. Reading a lot of posts and comments about this same issues is making a bit nervous because I have over $9k I racked up this past week.
Should I be nervous?
Is there anyone else who has been through this and everything ended up being okay?

The system they use is ridiculous, if you enter even a slightly incorrect amount, just a few cents off due to currency differences, they cut you off. Much like the login and hand-history download issues, it seems someone behind the scenes is determined to make things as frustrating as possible for their own players.

nice run. what were you playing? yeh i wouldnt be worried itll take time they are slow but they always get the shit figured out and arent gonna take your money as long as you arent doing anything shady
Has anyone seen an uptick in disconnections especially when playing tournaments or are there any known tricks for getting the client to run stably?
All tables will suddenly disconnect for me while other sites stay connected. When I try to close/reopen Ignition, the 'Open Site' browser button doesn't do anything, I get a login error despite using known working credentials, or the client opens but opening individual tables just prompts the 'We were unable to process your request' popup over and over.
Edit - read back over some of the posts from last month and saw this has been an ongoing issue. Has anyone had luck getting refunds for extended disconnections or is even trying a waste of time?
It's been over 48 hrs so I hit up ignitions chat just now and they told me to forward my last email that has my ID and selfie to their financial services department to speed up the process...
I'll wait 24 hours before I hit them up again...
My god why does this site keep disconnecting in the mobile browser? I play a spin, go to register a new one and a red banner saying "unable to connect" prevents it, then i have to log out but can't even log back in 80% of the time.
This has to be a joke.
And when are you people going to address the max late reg botting going on? Every single tournament. Why have you still not done anything about this? Why is this site completely fine with bots wrecking every game?
They must have stolen millions from the MTT pool by now.
Quick update:
I just got an email from ignition casino 's financial services department stating they received my forwarded documents and they are forwarded them back to the verification team and it will take between 24-48 again...
So I've gone from verification team to finance services department and now back to the verification team....lol can't make this **** up
I've never had any issue getting money on or off the site. My only issue is the underlying malfeasance.
I've had friends ask "then why do you play there"? And unfortunately it's the only real option for me. That said, the money doesn't matter at all at NL25 - but the more I play, the more confident I am that the RNG / run outs / games aren't on the up and up.
Basic questioning guys. Been using that site since it was bodog. Can I trust that a good game will be played here today

Hiding hh is the first thing I'd do if I were looking to hide malfeasance. Second is probably anonymize players names. I guess third would be operate without a license in a place which does not require oversight.

I'm up a bunch, it's not rigged imo. There's definitely collusion going on places but the RNG is normal.
Sometimes the hand histories don't work. The desktop client is crap. It was much better in the past. I have been able to download hand histories in the past.

My question is actually as dumb and simple as it seems at face value. 😃. I can't figure out how to download HH and am asking for help / directions as I poked around on the desktop client and couldn't find the option. Where is it?
I also went into the program files folder and looked for it but no dice there either.

Snipe, on the desktop client click "Account" then "Hand History" tab at the top, then "Game Transactions" then select your format (Zone, Ring, S&G, etc). Show transactions for "Last x Days". Downloadable HH will be anything within the last 7 days after 24 hours.
You'll then either "Not yet available", "Download", or "Download period finished". Click the "Download" and they'll be downloaded into a folder in Ignition (or wherever you have set it to download--mine is in the Ignition file path on my computer).
Had my first table(s) freeze today. 100NL cash two tables just stopped all action in the middle of the hand. I could still click on the hand replayer, the HH button, the Get chips button, etc. I could even open additional tables and those new tables would run just like normal.
Thankfully I had folded and was not involved in either of the hands that were frozen. But WTF?
The download folder path should be under your profile and not in the program files. Mine is:
C:\Users\[YOUR PC PROFILE NAME]\Ignition Casino Poker\Hand History\[RANDON NUMBERS]
What is with their MTT schedule these days? The just lowered Gtd for a bunch of weekdays MTTs and now the $109 & $11 big Gtd Sunday MTTs are gone?
Is it worth complaining about on the Ignition Forum? I look at their forum, and every post seems either ancient, dormant or locked.
