I passed along a bunch of these ideas. Thanks for the input and keep them coming. I know the actual Caesars company sucks, but the actual people that I have met really do seem to care and want to help.

Any plo players, once the festival is done please offer some input.

The ideas of making it more social are really good, more emojis, chat, anything.
Playing plo I am constantly getting stuff thrown at me or emojis, much more then NL.
Think those small things would be beneficial.

If a rep actually told you they were doing this, it was to get you off the phone. You’ll never know. I can picture them laughing “haha” afterwards.

There seems to be two promo code going around. Has anyone tried using both? One shows under PLO promo called FEST25 for $500 and normal monthly reload NOV25 for $400.

They should both work. I cleared the FEST25 one and currently working through the NOV25 code

Oh you're solid! We've played a bunch. I typically get 4-7 levels per hour at NL50, which nets me 80-140 tier credits per hour. Sounds like fun! DM me and maybe we can meet up sometime. I don't play as much NL100, but from the volume I have played, it seems like I get 6-10 levels per hour. Obviously the amount of rake you pay depends heavily on how good your game is/how many flops you see.

So the rake at 20NL is max $3 - which is 15bb. I mean is this beatable even if the players are bad?

Definitely! Every time I donk off my roll at 50NL and 100NL which is more often than it should be, 20NL is the bank roll builder 😀 good luck out there

Anyone know how this DIY bonus works?
Says you need 250k points to get the full $500 bonus, not really sure what these wagering points are? Or how many levels that would be.

That should be 250 levels for the max bonus, but I haven't really delved into it yet.

These type of bonuses are almost always 20% rake back equivalent. $1 in rake paid will get you 100 points. So 250k points is $2,500 rake paid, and $500 is 20% rake back equivalent.

Does any know how to opt in to the DIY bonus? I don't see an option when logging in. In their rule, you have to opt in:

I never got an email so I just chatted with an agent via WSOP client and asked them to manually opt me in.

Are you seven stars / is that possible for people who grind 1500 levels a month lol I want a free helicopter to bring me to vegas.

I guess ill find out next month if I got it. I hit the requirement but we’ll see what the by invitation only part really means.

Is the lobby messed up for anyone else? Where it doesn't accurately show how many players at each table, where you are playing, or where you are on the waiting list?

Did anyone receive an email about the new bankroll promotion? I didn’t receive an email about the last one either and there was no place to opt in.

i did receive an email but called support yest to inform them there isnt anywhere to opt in and see if they could manually opt me in. they said i would receive an email within 24hrs to confirm. i would suggest others call to raise more awareness

I haven't gotten promo emails since the last merger. I've talked to the client chat agent twice about this and they still haven't fixed it. So I emailed support about why I stopped getting emails and they have not responded. I've checked my junk mail, and blocked contact lists and nothing there.

I had to manually opt in to the last DIY bonus by talking with an agent and my bonus was just received today even though everyone else got their on the 27th of november. Agent told me because I was manually opted in, mine would be significantly delayed. I'm gonna assume this will be the case for this current promo as well which I also had to chat with an agent to manually opt in. It's probably not that big of a deal to keep manually opting in but it does get a bit annoying when I could just click a button in my email like everyone else.

I received the email, and I do have an opt in button. However, when I click on it, it just take me to the promo page. No confirmation like normal. I wonder if it will work, I should probably call as well
