He looks really bad yeah. Not only does he seem to age quickly now,but he is aging bad as well. I know many people that is aging in a good way,they almost look better as older they get.
Troopers unhealthy lifestyle over many years now is absolutely catching up with him.

I am really not wanting to politard this thread, but some of the looks Trooper has are nearly identical to some of Trump’s looks which are nearly identical to how my mother in law looked the year before she died of dementia, a couple years ago..

And besides the fatty liver diagnosis its pretty on par with his age and lifestyle to feel tired alot of the time.
His diet has always consisted of lots of sugar,fat,fried food and fast carbs. He isnt working out,and he havent been exercising on a regular basis for at least 10 years+ or since he started his vlog.
My guess would be it is likely he has low iron levels and lacks alot of other vitamins from his bad diet over time. I would not be surprised if his sleeping patterns is bad as well,his digestive system is likely not happy and alot more.

Rice might be missing out on a recent Vegas niche to add a lot of new subs. With the recent video out of a Caesar's CEO saying they're trying to get rid of the lower end customer, Rice can pivot to a budget Vegas channel, focusing on budget Vegas visitors. Highlighting all the budget hotels, casinos, restaurants, hacks, etc. I know it's been done before, but it seems like it would gain more traction now.
