The argument would be that if the CBs can lock down their men one on one then you can send the safeties in to help the middle level stop the TEs and you give the D line more time to get to the QB

The Colts have a decent pass rush (if Buck isn't done for the year), but the clear hope is that Sauce/Ward can force the QB to hold the ball a half a second longer and allow the DLine to have more success.
