Since I've never heard of it I'm leaning Loch Ness.

It might be a rural area of Czechia, a lake in Czechia or a Myth and Legend sorta thing.

If it's any of those things then this clue makes sense.

Loch Ness makes sense. I was also thinking microscope or helicopter, in case that's a name of someone that discovered/built/invented something. I'd probably guess Microscope because that looks more like a person's name than a place name, and that makes it more likely to be a scientist

I'm pretty sure that Mendel was Czech and would be a much more obvious clue for Microscope.

I assume Buffalo was a Goonies word and Fall was a cave word?

I’m assuming it’s the other way around. Probably a Buffalo Cave out there, probably with a bunch of buffalo drawings. Also why it was capitalized.
