Doug Lee finished the 2025 Poker Masters strong with a 3rd place finish in the 25k for a payout of $220,500 falling short of purple jacket recipient David Coleman by just a few points it has been nice to see Doug competing with the young guns and holding his own on pokers biggest stage.

Doug shut the hell up no one wants your constant updates so you can peddle your low ROI/high markup action

Was watching a Jason Koon hand and spotted Doug Lee

samjazzykins@coinpoker. he seemed to have unlimited funds and then disappeared with the quickness.,

still playing 2k PLO, i guess...

haven't seen any HHs with him and now KakiTee (CP-affiliate) is playing with him. CP is offering 100% rakeback during March. i dunno.

The whole site is super sus. He 'samjazzykins' was reported to be the new owner of CP, and bought it from Tony. But nobody is allowed to know anything about the owners identities, on an unregulated crypto site, that has just done an update which effectively doubles the rake. Totally insane to think people play nosebleeds here. Feels like one big ponzi.

Plays daily in Houston PLO games. Played with him this past weekend. Still as salty as ever to the dealers when he loses a pot and sunshine and rainbows when he wins one.

His last activity here was 2017.

His last activity here was 2017.

He was rightfully banned because he was asking to be staked. Seemed incapable of stopping his airport scam.

Matthew Janda? I know he was never a huge presence outside being an author but is he still doing anything in the poker community?

Might have been a temp ban. He is not banned atm. His last ban was December 2014.

His last post/thread which trigged a thread of over 500 posts without any additional response from him.

Isn't he in prison? I thought i remember that happening at some point but my memory might be hazy on when. Perhaps he'll chime in

What happened to Steve Gross the online poker tournament legend?

This is a good one. I like to look that hendon and see if a disappearance coincides with a lack of tournament scores for several years. I think hes kind of like that. Been out of the game as far as tournaments go for 8 years.

Was put in one of the most difficult financial decisions in a tournament possible (and probably of all time)
