New fast food discussion/review thread

OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

I need that badly!I went to Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time tonight. I'm a fan of spicy food and my son texted me that he orders "extra hot" when he goes there. Extra hot is one level down from the top and so that's what I ordered. Damn, that chicken lit me up. whew. I was dying. Eyes and nose were both running. Next time I need to dial it back.My son just laughed

Im a fan of hot buffalo sauce (not crazy hot or anything) and the Dave’s hot was just a tad out of my range, def brings the heat. Super hot has to be straight fire.

They do need something between medium and hot tho

kfc spicy chicken sandwich 4.99 each out the door was ample pickle fantastic lunch value today

My McLunch: BK double cheeseburger $3.99 + Tax and redeemed free large fries which were slappin'.

Big Buford.

And how! Looking good, dmatz.

If I sit too close to Pizza Hut Buffalo Medium wings, my eyes start watering like someone deployed tear gas.

Cali XL from Carl

These are like 6 bucks and have 2 Whopper sized patties. Great bargain.

The weekend BEFORE T-day, yes!

Road trip! I guess I can survive on McRibs along the way. What a time to be alive!

And to shorten it.

I'd be terrified to be more than 10 feet away from a toilet if I ate 10 chili dogs.

I'd eat them on the toilet, just to be safe.

I'm thinking about doing a road trip next year from upper left USA to maybe the middle of the USA, mainly to check out theme parks, food, and local attractions I've seen on youtubes for years

I wonder how far I'll need to drive until I encounter an FF place that I've never been to!

Idaho, Taco Time?

Come to Texas. Hit up Chicken Express, grab some coffee beans from marknfw and check out the new baddest coaster on the planet at Six Flags

The Brief
Six Flags Over Texas is building "Tormenta Rampaging Run," which is set to be the world's tallest, fastest, and longest dive coaster.

The ride will drop 285 feet from a height of 309 feet and reach a top speed of 87 mph along 4,199 feet of track.

The new coaster is scheduled to open in 2026 as part of the park's 65th-anniversary celebration.

Come to Black Hawk. There's a great pizza place on the side of a mountain.

Bring it on! I'm 25 miles from Six Flags and 1 mile from the nearest Chicken Express.

Is it me or we entering this weird era where in-store / paper coupon deals are better than app deals? For SOME retailers, i.e. BK JITB

Thinking about hitting BK but the app offers make me sadge.

The last coaster I went on was the one at NYNY vegas; loved it, but only can imagine Tormenta would be like 5-25x more intense.

Chicken express is new to me; we have taco times here. Taco time is horrible from a value perspective; I liked their crunchy tacos + tots but you can literally make that at home for way less.

From my limited understanding most of the biggest theme parks are in the midwest. Making a detour down to Texas may be rough, as TX is huge, and I'd have to drive thru oklahoma or missouri or something.

As steve420wa, I'm kind of noided' out about driving my car in =THC-illegal states. I might as well rent a car, as I guarantee no amount of vacuuming would remove all traces of thc in my vehicle. I've been smoking in it for 10+ years lol

Idaho, Taco Time?

taco time was founded in eugene and is pretty common in the nw.
they were my first experience with sunflower seeds in a burrito while at uo, something even too hippy for californians at the time

McRib #2 + free med fries via app. 3000 points, 25k left.

No pics as I walked my dog 20 minutes to get there and ate it in the courtyard of the closest senior home

As dogs are not allowed at mcricks per se, and I do not wish to upset the kind workers there, I simply order curbside pickup. you don't need a car, or even a dog, to use the service!
