NCAA Football 2025
Not sure who will win this year, hopefully Arch goes nuts and UT can kick the door in after making the quarterfinals the
Not the start Georgia Tech was hoping for
Cal is incredible
outgaining stanford 192-71, completely dominating
losing 14-10 on TWO fumble returns for TDs
nobody can cal like cal
another spitting incident in the Colorado St. vs Boise St. game (not caught by the officials)
the conference will be dealing w the young man over the next few days
Narduzzi is a ****ing dumbass
Pitt/GT is an emotional rollercoaster
To be clear, if the runner doesn't just fall flat on his face (which I'm guessing isn't his usual behavior) I think he gets the first. The edge was set and they'd probably seen something on tape.
It was 4th and 9 from their own 40 with 7 minutes left. Have to think you just punt there and hope you can hold them at least once and/or score at least a FG...
All chalk pending byu game. Bubble being 10-2 Michigan vs 10-2 nd vs 10-2 bama vs 11-2 Texas tech is live.

I heard Oregon has the tiebreaker over Michigan, such that even a win over anOSU doesn't get Michigan into the CCG?
Not much question about it though. A 10-2 team that ended the season with a win over the #1 team, is in.
Yeah I think Michigan needs either Indiana to lose to Purdue or Oregon to lose to Washington.
Byu just lost out on a td
I don't think it will end up mattering, but I highly recommend Arizona State stop turning the ball over.
I think if BYU wins 20-7 they jump Alabama and cause a riot
I think if it's a 1 score game, they probably stay behind them
Ole Miss is like 90% out if they lose to Mississippi State

IS that the argument for BYU scoring a near garbage time TD and technically giving Cincy some tiny X amount of win equity?

Well they'd had like net 0 yards since halftime, and likely would already have been tied if not for the 100-yard pick 6.
We're always miffed when coaches don't use all their timeouts, well imagine you drew up this fake punt that you *know* will work against GT's alignment, you practiced it all week, GT's out there onsiding and going for 4th-and-5s, so you know, why leave your one aggressive move in your pocket? OK, "because the turf monster".
the amount of upset dodges is just unbelievable
1 ohio state
2 indiana
3 atm
4 uga
5 tech
6 oregon - think oregon jumps idle ole miss with the solid win over USC
7 ole miss - if not for h2h, I could see OU making a case to jump them as well
8 oklahoma
9 notre dame
10 BYU - I think BYU's late touchdown jumps them over Alabama (switch them if Cincy scores in the last 56 seconds). Bama's loss against FSU is looking putrid
11 Alabama
12 miami - i think miami jumps utah. committee is not going to like utah giving up 500 rushing yards. pitt will be ranked coming in to the final game too. Miami doesn't have much outside of the ND win, but nor does Utah
13 utah
14 vanderbilt - vandy might jump Utah as well?
15 texas - usc and gt losing might complicate the situation as texas is now adjacent to vandy (albeit with an extra loss) and hass h2h
16 michigan
17 UVA
18 Tennessee
19 usc - i don't think USC will fall that far
20 pitt
21 tulane
22 arizona state
23 georgia tech
24 washington (assuming they win well after I'm asleep)
25 north texas
Not sure UNT slides in at 25, I thought they'd be ahead of Tulane. Could be Arizona or JMU
Hope to catch you GB before you go to bed.
What happens if Texas beats Texas A&M?
There are just 14 teams (15 if Michigan beats OSU, arguably 16 if Texas upsets ATM) who absolutely deserve a spot in the playoffs, and only 10 spots for them
OSU, IU and ATM are in
Georgia n Georgia Tech (was -12.5 before today, imagine it'll be more). Probably in even if they lose. Although a loss here, then another loss in the SECCG would look pretty bad.
Texas Tech @ WV (-21). Probably play in the b12 title where they will be a big favorite even if they lose
Then the other 11 are fighting over 5 spots:
I will say... a LOT of these games are on the road
Ole Miss @ Mississippi State (only -8.5)
Oregon @ Washington (they were -7 prior to today)
OU vs LSU (who just beat western kentucky 13-10)
ND @ Stanford (who are actually 4-1 at home)
Bama @ Auburn (they're only -3.5!!!)
BYU v UCF
Vandy @ Tennessee (they were +3.5 prior to today, and both teams win big)
Utah @ Kansas
Miami @ Pitt
Michigan @ Ohio State
Texas @ ATM (was +2.5 prior to today)
