It's seriously uncouth to use eachother's IRL names on the forum.
rickroll came in here a couple of weeks ago and said that he didn't understand why people thought Kelhus was a bad poster. (The thought had actually occurred to me as well that the current incarnation of Kelhus was less bad than the previous incarnation.) But every since then, Kelhus has been peak terrible. The timing is probably just a coincidence, but maybe rick's post tri
I never read a single word from Kelhaus, and could only see that he sometimes criticized the right and sometimes the left, and he seemed to have relatively low opinion on Trump. But I canβt get in board with weird conspiracy theories and pretty blatant misogyny and racism.
No even a little bit. I donβt hate men in general or as individuals; I do hate the system of patriarchy and the harm it causes and the complacency that most men seem to have adopted, even the so-called βgood onesβ. But two of my closest friends in the world are men, have been my friends for over a decade, and I love them deeply and they love me and know that when I speak about
I probably disagree with some of your views while agreeing with moreβ¦.Iβm all about free speech have at it.
What are your thoughts on Joan of Arc?
You don't think Jews are discriminated against in the west? Sure, they mostly do pretty well regardless, but there are still large numbers of people who don't trust or actually hate Jews, both on the far right and the far left.
It’s surely fair to say racism is almost non existent in the USA.
There are some trouble makers from all so-called racial backgrounds that don’t like certain groups. They represent a tiny portion of the country but that does include some elected officials.
There was an article from not long back which said African refugees would choose the USA as their #1 destination.
We as Americans should stand up to dividers…. The dividers being the tiny percentage of bigots, but also those who make the claim that there is “systemic racism in 2025 or the police are racist”….the latter includes financial opportunists.
Slavery occurred all through the world…. as many as 1 million white southern Europeans were captured and enslaved by North Africans. Of course many blacks were enslaved by whites in the USA….. we all descend from slaves and slave owners. Every group of people whether we’re talking about religious or so called race includes good and bad…a rather simple breakdown of history but it’s accurate.
Personally, I have a deep amount of love and respect for the three religions of Abraham and their history….Most especially the Islamic empires and Catholic kingdoms that helped to shape the civilized world we live in today. Contributing tremendously to math, science and medicine.
I can’t imagine what it’s like to be One of those people who wakes up every day disliking Islam or Judaism or something like that.
It’s a popular misconception there.
Huge numbers of conservatives now have a lot of respect for South American Catholics, for African Muslims as these people oppose abortion, they have traditional values, these are beautiful family people. They care deeply about having big families. And look at the garbage in America the porn, the marijuana.
A lot of politicians along with elite and wannabe elite white people say
“Smoke weed, live in a box and just buy a cat and be happy .. you don’t need to have children. It’s OK to watch a bunch of porn. You don’t even need to meet another person. And you should love abortion oh and uh whites are privileged!”
I’m Catholic and I have way more in common with a Nigerian Muslim and a Catholic from Venezuela. Being for traditional values, family values respecting everyone. Loving everyone. As opposed to the woke right and woke left who are bigoted while they lie about people being bigoted against certain groups
Skipping the parts of your post that I disagree with but
Iβm Catholic and I have way more in common with a Nigerian Muslim and a Catholic from Venezuela.
the idea of shared experiences and values between people thousands of miles apart is important and not talked about nearly enough.
Demographics is destiny, so this is all going to be moot anyways in a few generations.
Crossnerds female descendants (if she even has any, which given current fertility and demographic trends is unlikely for any of us) will likely be be one of 6 wives and not even allowed out of the house, and it will be completely irrelevant what their thoughts are about any of this.
This is the exact point I have talked about where you blast Muslims while defending Jews. It’s just completely fascinating. I like Jews and I like Muslims. And you have your views.
So you have the worst genocide in recent history again an “unparalleled civilian death”(according to even Jewish journalists) toll which is being carried out in Gaza by the IDF. So how does that compare to like under one percent of the Middle East Muslim men who have multiple wives. Now the number is higher in sub Sahara Africa. Not to mention also the Mormons in Utah who have multiple wives. I mean what do you think about that. Obviously plural marriage it’s a controversial issue. My understanding by the way in a country like Saudi Arabia as I have spoken with Saudi citizens… is most of the young Saudi men I have spoken with would say that a woman would disown them or attack them if they said “oh I’m going to get another wife.”
Is this like you’re weird way from attempting to distract from the genocide in Gaza … try and say “oh look Muslims or Africans are worse”. It’s a total fail dude.
There’s obviously a lot of nuance to these issues btw . Wrt Muslim immigrants you have the Arab nationalist who will wear a suit and a tie, drink wine, and watch the Godfather movies. And then yes, you do have the very conservative religious Muslims. And US immigration should have laws that would make sure that potential immigrants, whether they’re Jewish, Muslim, atheist, Christian you name it believe in equality and respect.
I care about the language I use toward the war in Gaza. I’ve said so many times I respect Judaism and Israeli people and I look at you I mean, just look at you and how you talk about Islam/Muslims. A lot of words can be used to describe this situation ie hilarious, unfortunate, but perhaps the most obvious would be hypocrisy.
I don't know man, it's late, I'm on the train and had my fill of beers. I can't figure out what your statement means. I'll give my sample sizeMom, no college degree until her 60's. A lot of experience working for male bosses through the 80's and 90'sSister no college degree (E_D would immediately have her walk the plank since she's white) Wife- bachelors right out of high schoo
Damn, I honestly feel sorry for you if all the important women in your life are man-bashers. I don't understand why you would choose one of them to marry though, unless if maybe you looked for the kind of woman you were used to dealing with. Doesn't make sense to me though. I certainly wouldn't spend any time with a woman who ever said things like CN does to me, even if they were close family members. I imagine they wouldn't be happy with you if you were woman-bashing to them.
So much this. Either guys here weren't of age in the 70s and 80s or have severe memory impairment.
A commonplace exchange would go something like
"Men are [something very negative]"
"I'm not like that and neither are my friends"
"Yes, not ALL men of course".
I thought very few people here would have been adults during those decades. I wasn't until the very last few years of the 80s, and I didn't hear women at the university do much man-bashing.
Lol no you ****ing haven't you lying mother****er, the only thing any woman has ever said to you and meant it is "I have mace and I'll use it". π
Come on, I've believed since high school that most women are more likely to love and stay with a man the worse he treats them. And I've never found any evidence to disprove my theory.
This!!!
As one of your favorite punching bags, I can confidently say that there was nothing problematic about your post to CN.
Ah, yes... I probably have gone harder on you than anyone else and should have given you a shoutout in that post. My bad.
What a resounding endorsement, LoL
The guy who canβt resist calling people sodomites relates to your opinions on women
I have never shared any general opinions on women, but I can't stop anyone from projecting them onto me - whether it be lag, you, or someone else.
You say this the day after The Department of Homeland Security officially states they want to deport anyone in the country who isn't white.
Ah, yes... I probably have gone harder on you than anyone else and should have given you a shoutout in that post. My bad.
It's okay. You giving me a shoutout might break the internets.

Funny thing is, I wasn't even agreeing or disagreeing with what you said with my post. I just didn't understand why she was especially upset with what seemed to be the tone of your post.

I wasnβt upset. Nothing thatβs been said here is new to me.
Itβs mildly frustrating for me to write out my precise views and then have some idiot come in and paraphrase them to say something entirely different, but again, this is very standard behavior coming from men when discussing these topics. None of you are especially clever or novel in that regard.

Like I said, CN is a bit hyperbolic to rile you guys up but my point is she is not alone in a lot of her core opinions which are based on life experience. I'm pretty sure more than half the female population is going to give her a knowing nod with her rants. Kind of thins out there dating pool a bit. And lol man bashing, don't be such a thin skinned snowflake. You can get them back a little when a jar of pickles needs to be opened or something and you should probably reflect a bit on the criticism.
Wait till you hear what Stokely Carmichael said about women: 'The only position of women in SNCC [the Student Non-Violent Co-Ordinating Council] is prone.'
Of course, far-left right-on wokedudes have always been like that, and still are, as practically anyone with any knowledge of the matter will tell you.
