2025 NFL Season Thread: Can Uncle Rico save the Broncos or will they be Nixed?
Greetings friends.
Those of you who know me know me as a Niners fan full of fantastical levels of vitriol and rage. I hav
Sorry Dom.
Oh snap you sorry heels’d Dom!

Lets have Broncos and Pats losses too because why not. Week of chaos.
boncos should go down in the rankings for only beating wft by 1
Beat the Titans by 8, the Jets by 2, the Giants by 1, and LV by 3.
Only 2 of their 12 games haven’t been decided by one “possession”.

"A win is a win ". "You can only beat whos on your schedule "...im sure mondig will throw me another one.
Its a road game though and Washington is certainly better than their record considering last year and Mariota has shown a capability to win. Oh, plus mclaurin returned. I felt it from the first possession that the defense came out very flat, which considering they got surtain and singleton back is horrible.
I feel like im the only one, but I ****ing hate Sean Paytons play calling.
Oh yea, and that play that they did end up calling mariota down by Roaches? Leg really pissed me off. Just absolutely had their heads in their asses by 4 defenders not reaching down and touching him. Either way, 10-2, and i think we control our destiny for the bye-alls well.

1) I agree with you regarding Sean Payton's play calling. Also, has one of his trick plays worked yet this year?
2) The Broncos were out coached on both sides of the ball.
3) Mariota played a fantastic game and deserves a ton of credit.
4) The Burks catch with Moss all over him may be the catch of the year. More often than not that is an incompletion and Denver takes command of the game from there.
5) The Broncos D was absolute trash. How many tackles did they miss including what should have been the game ender with a Mariota sack? How many third and very longs did they give up?
And yet, the Broncos win again.
Lets not forget that Bo played clutch once again in overtime leading a beautiful TD drive.
I got news for you, there are no easy games in the NFL this year.
Washington may have had a 3-8 record but they have legit talent on this team. Getting Maclaurin back made this a much better team. Choosing to go with Rodrigues more over JCM was long over due and much more effective. Mariota played like the number two overall pick.
Also, Denver is clearly not a juggernaut of a team. There are no juggernaut's this year. I fully expected this to be a tough game.
Was shocked to see McLaurin was working on his sixth consecutive 1,000 yard season. I would have thought his numbers were more like Deebo's than that.
crazy how it can take only 27 days to flip the narrative in the NFL -- the GOATist of all USA#ε sports leagues
on Nov. 4 IND trades for Sauce to lock-in their Superb Owl equity... going all-in to secure that #1 seed and home-dome advantage thoughout postseason play. and, oh yeah, DIMES is our guy! we've found our QB1 of the future!
less than a month later we've seen DIMES dropping pumpkin seeds of his regression-self and now Sauce is on the shelf next to the salt & pepper
two first round picks now dust in the wind
Petty sang it best

And in the same time period, the flip side is how the lol Jerruh trade for Williams has really helped the Cowboys
ADM also showing his potential yesterday. He could never get out of the Steichen dog house, but he's really good player when his brain is working right.

another narrative flip indeed
one of the best storelines over the rest of the regular season will be can DAL chase down the rudderless iggles

excellent point heels
i failed to mention the egregious ADM add-on in that trade

I know you don't watch the games, but Jones is actually playing well enough to win, despite a broken leg. Those injuries are the actual story. Losing your best DT and only effective pass rusher, the CB1 you just traded for, and having your QB break his leg and be unable to move isn't really something you can fade.
Colts are more likely than not to miss the playoffs now I would think (shocked in the markets don't have them there), but if Buck and Sauce magically walked through that door, I'd happily take the other side of that bet. Shame we can't just turn injuries off.

I would be so very happy for this. Angry bitter, resentful losing Eagles fans are my fleury favourite kind
(angry, bitter, resentful winning Eagles fans being the only other variant)
no Achilles injury (yet) for Sauce but recent NBA Achilles injuries seem to follow calf strains so....hopefully they'll be careful with him. Albeit...it's the NFL so they probably won't be
Forget the other games, Colts need to take both Jags games. Do that and I think they squeeze in regardless of the other three.
