What about their play makes you think they are bots?

Software on this site is atrocious. I have two PLO tables open and open a third. The third table is full, so I hit the "change table" button on that table to try to get a different one. It won't let me. It keeps giving me error messages, one of which says "Player not at table," but that message pops up on *different* table, not the one I'm trying to change. I can't close the table either. I have no choice but to just let the window sit there until I finish my session and can close everything. No other poker site has the slightest difficulty with having multiple tables open. Only WPTGold is this terrible. Every programmer for this site should be fired and they should just pay to license some other site's software.

The worst part is Gold has come a long way over the last few months and it still feels so amature-ish. I finally played like 30 minutes of cash games on Friday and I was impressed at how far its come. Still woefully short. The text on my laptop is small and pixelated still. Names don't even fit on a single line, which is again weird considering how small they make the text.

Just basic stuff not even getting done. I'll check back in another few months. I think my state is about to boot global so this will be my only option. As for the bots someone is mentioning, while I'm not sure and Doug claims this is one of their priorities, I do find it hard to believe that 100s of people are playing ring games at each stake on this site considering its current state. Just comparing it to global, Gold get about 4-5x the player pool for MMTs on average compared to Global. And yet their player pool for cash is like 50x. That just feels off.

I would write them but have proof of residency or a bank statement, its probably all automated so, yeah, seeing Michigan would trigger a rejection. You just need to get in touch with a human. For all their faults, Gold is pretty good with quick responses to emails, probably 24 hours

Has anyone cashed out successfully lately? I've had a sizable pending withdrawal since November 10th. Starting to get worried...

I withdrew almost everything a month ago and now I can't get money back on. $100 is the max I can deposit at a time. I deposited 2k I believe when I started and never had issues with withdrawals. It will not allow me to add any new deposit options either. They've seemed to be having payment processor issues for the last month.

I played 1,012 hands of PLO10 and PLO20 today. Plenty of 90 VPIP/40 PFR players and 60/10s. At least half of the table on the majority of my tables.

Cashed out last week via debit card. Took about two days. I cash out a couple times per month. It's always 1-3 days, maybe 4 days one time.

The games aren't as good as 6 months ago, but they are much better than any other games that exist. The games were never going to stay that good.

Where do you live? You can't make an account if you live in a restricted state even if out of state AFAIK.

I somehow had an extra 20 coins in my account today.

Never mind, I had missed an email from them asking to fill out the tax form. Completed it and should have money in bank in next few business days.

I see they updated everything. Fixed the MMT table jumping. Made the UI less sterile. Added the basic functions of most online sites.

Just kidding, they introduced a $99 a month subscription program. Holy hell this site has no shame.

It's $99 a month but you get 110 chips a month and the training videos. I'm not signing up, but that seems like an amazing deal.

I know you keep defending this site and I'm not entirely mad at what they have but you have to step back and be realistic.

The hole card revealer?!? Holy hell dude. They are literally collecting 2 rakes a hand with that thing. No rakeback. This site is so optimized for profit over player appeal that if they are not swimming in money this company deserves to get banned.

The stupid side game/shark thing instead of doing...anything else to improve their site. They are already looking to push into online casino territory with that thing. Again, just a way to get money from the players. But this will definitely get them banned anyway. Its by far the saddest looking site, the skin is sterile and 100% looks AI. I mean the avatars are literally AI. I don't even like the cartoony things other sites do but at least they tried and gave some variety and color to their site.

On reddit, I give honest feedback about gold everytime. If you want to get to actual WPT events live this is a great site for that. The high end tournaments do well. If you like to gamble and appreciate straddles, etc, dive in. But this is the least player friendly site there is.

Among the other things that need to be addressed, these mtt filters are terrible. As I type this, there are 6 tournaments in late reg. 2 are satellites and 4 are regular tournaments with guarantees. If I uncheck Satellite, the 2 satellites are filtered out but so is one of the regular tournaments. If I instead uncheck Sit N Go, that same guaranteed regular tournament gets filtered out (as does a regular guaranteed tournament that starts in just a couple of minutes).

Really, it looks like unchecking any of the types, tournaments that don't fall under the type unchecked disappear. Makes it difficult to actually know what to play unless I want to always be looking at the full schedule including the sngs.

I got a chuckle yesterday when I noticed the "My Games" filter which, as far as I can tell, has no way to add games.

SBMM poker lobbies? That would be so, so awful.
