So a couple days ago during a session of 20 at the wynn i posted the following which i was asked to take down by a regular in the game who saw the post for not burning bridges among people - and these past couple days i had been quite depressed because of it. I decide to repost because I want nothing more than honesty and transparency in this blog.

i dont normally get angry but that day i did, especially after she scooped me in a 15-big bet pot in badacey 5-5 over 5-7 bvb. But that's poker ofc but the general demeanor of hers just makes me realize why so so many guys despise her. I probably won't play in the games she's in in the future.

At the time I got the text from the reg asking me to take the post down i was in Len Ashby's 150/300 game at bellagio and blaming no one of course, I subsequently made a $2500 capped mistake in pot limit drawmaha 2-7 drawing to 3467 against dariush imani. I started punishing myself in a way for something i wasnt at fault.

Good thing about me is that in both the 20 and the 150 game I quit shortly after I got tilted and that was one thing I think I am good at - not playing on tilt in cash games and digging myself a bigger hole.

i mean logically i dont wanna deny anything that happened but in a legal sense getting held accountable sucks - esp when ppl have "proof" of what u said or did.

i dont have 200 im rounding up.
i rarely pay rent or for hotel. I eat minimal unless go out. bkr is just gambling based. Love it.

i wanted to say that i pride myself to rarely go on tilt in cash games and mostly always play my A game

I just lost it vs billirakis in 8/16 but he handled it well...

I was also mad at myself value owning myself for five fuxking bets on the river in badacey.

The incident was him drawing four in big blind and i made an iso raise on flop thinking he drew 4 just to get 3bet back and misheard him saying he drew 2 only.... I kept asking and he kept not saying.... then obv i was mad for losing so much on the river.... After a while I was still mad then he asked to be dealt out and told me - jimmy we gon ruin our friendship over an 8/16 game? We go sushi n i give u hooker's number. - Then we cool. I was obv more mad at myself for losing $80 on river.

regarding keating quitting prematurely the hustler million dollar cash game, that "turbo" guy - phong nyugen, a typical POS, who's prolly done a gazillion illegal stuff in vietnam and now is riding on the american system's D and pretending to be a righteous vigilante. what a douche.

What's the range there for flatting flop and raise turn?

The standard there is if you had flatted flop you are likely to still be drawing. But let's say you have a 5 or 6 made. You want to keep hijack and bigblind in, why raise the turn? just flat turn and get two more big bets sucked in in a pot where you are the overwhelming favorite.
If you have a 9/T/J made, you would raise flop to see where you are at vs utg then either value bet one more time on turn or check back turn.

Now after the fact I realize what's going on - say lowjack started w A2o and catches the 3 or 4 offsuit, you can already raise there vs utg to push out ppl but that looks suspicious - so we wait one more street for the big bet raise, with the added info that lj pat the turn - if utg calls we can always break. But is utg always betting there like I did?

I remember at the moment I just froze a lil bit seeing larry pat - but obv I mechanically bet and got bluffed. i am a fake mayor of dugi-town.
