Is The Epstein Pivot That Big A Deal
How much of the original allegations are actually now denied? Is it not possible that the only thing that has changed is
Sounds like a weak attempt by certain conservatives to devoid themselves of blame.
As for the Clinton spokesperson Id say Bill in the hot tub and the pool puts him in the same category as Prince Andrew with Trump and Bill Gates not far behind . Melinda obviously figured it out quick
Itβs funny how your crowd still pretends like anyone is defending Clinton over any of this. Let him burn with the rest.
All we know about Bill Clinton is that he hung out a bit with Epstein as friends, but there's been no victim that I know of that accused him.
The 150 victims that Epstein's estate paid damages to never named him.
Numerous women have accused Trump of molesting them... but underaged? We don't know yet. Unlikely at this point.
After Epstein committed suicide, his estate in 2021 settled lawsuits coming from 150 victims. To me its odd that those victims only named Epstein and Ghislaine...

I have been saying for awhile there are 2 possibilities:
1. Epstein and Ghislaine did their abuse alone in a private capacity, and there is no conspiracy.
2. Everything is being covered up and will continue to be, regardless of who takes power in 2026.
--Either way, there will be no payoff for this moral panic. Other than political payoffs for the people pushing the panic. And most of them are not people you want to have political payoffs.
I didn't make it up. But some are using this term to refer to the "America First" crowd that is a lot of the energy behind this. Like the woke left, they lean heavily into identity politics, victim narratives and conspiratorial nonsense; so term seems to fit well.
Woke Reich another term I think works well.
Ah okay I 'd never heard of the term, thanks.

2 is not a possibility at all.
1 is the highest likelihood, sprinkled in with a small number of other people involved.
Calling MAGA a cult doesn’t work cuz it absolves on any level the cultists of their complicity
This is the base minimum of humanity finally finding their champion and selling out so some fraud from New York can get obscenely wealthy. These aren’t people who were tricked into thinking some way, these are shitheads who always thought one way and someone sold out and validated them
Look at mongo, BJ, and the rest of the lunatics. Their beliefs weren’t warped by trump, trump warped what he chose to parrot for them

The documents suggest otherwise.

Tell that to the members of the Manson Family who are still rotting in prison for murder, or to NXIVM members still in prison for their crimes. I'm sure they tried that line before, yet keep getting declined parole.

It literally is a cult. There are masses of people who support Trump even though they are getting their healthcare dropped or losing their businesses, all while he added $2 billion in personal wealth in the last year. They still support him even though they are taking the worst of it.
However, since this is a leader of an entire country, there will be people who support him just because of a specific belief they've always held, such as hating immigrants, but there are people who have been programmed to believe brown people are taking away their jobs, housing, healthcare, etc. through a decade-long indoctrination of Trump/Miller propaganda.
There is definitely a cult base within the bloc of trump but I think you guys arent factoring in the fact that a boat load of Americans, a group that is much larger than your savvy political gurus, who dont know anything or dgaf about politics, will literally vote based on how much sex theve been getting or what gas prices were that day. Then the group above that might vote based on hairstyle or whether or not they make them laugh.
The amount of frothing at the mouth anger the MAGA base suddenly had for Canada because we wouldn't drop our pants for Trump was hilarious to observe.

But they suddenly lost it too for the next shiny object.
Canada actually has much bigger problems than Trump as far as foreign interference goes. Trump is causing problems now, but will be gone in a couple years. And Canada is taking actions to insulate themselves moving forward from US capriciousness.
Canada has much bigger problem moving forward with nations like Iran, China and India interfering in its politics through diaspora populations. With a large part of the problem being the refusal of the political establishment to address the problem in any serious fashion so far.

So there is just no accountability for the decision makers?
A bunch of bankers crash the economy, no one goes to jail.
People at the highest levels of government, corporate influence, academia, etc... hobnobbing in a sex trafficking ring, nothing to see here, not worthy of an investigation.
Rules for thee, not for me is how you like your govt ran?

MAGA is not a cult. 95 % of Trump supporters would not literally drink the Kool Aid if he asked them to. Most of them simply like the things he says/does to the point where they are willing to endure policies that many know might hurt them, to continue having that enjoyment/satisfaction of having the president talk/act that way.

Okay, but when folks start prioritizing emotional gratification from their leader over their own self interest...it shows the hallmarks of a cult.
I've said this before but the dems need a recession if they want to win. A small fraction of farmers losing their crops while being compensated as a result of Trump's tariffs isn't going to move the needle. You need about a 10% unemployment rate due to the retaliatory effects that involves about 10-20 million Americans. Then a small fraction of those may decide to sit out or change their vote.
Again, most don't know or care about what is going on with Epstein, Russia, or the Israelis fighting the Palestinians. I think they need to feel something that is far more tangible than high rent prices with 4% unemployment - something similar to 08.
17. During one of Doe's encounters with Epstein, he took her to Mar-a-Lago where he introduced her to its owner, Donald J. Trump. Introducing the 14-year-old Doe to Donald J. Trump, epstein elbowed Trump playfully asking him, referring to Doe, "This is a good one, right?" Trump smiled and nodded in agreement. They both chuckled and Doe felt uncomfortable, but, at the time, was too young to understand why.
Or the document of flicking and sucking some "young" [sic] girl's nipples until they were raw.
But a new batch of a million documents were supposed to be released that Trump is desperately trying to prevent from being released and there are boatloads of other documents that have Trump's name redacted, but they messed up some documents like item 17 above, or the ones where they used black highlighter and could be removed, so it's kind of hard to find smoking guns when they release batches of documents where 90% of the pages are fully blacked out.

Even if he had a really good excuse in their minds, like the reasons he gave them to storm the US Capitol Building and be possibly killed or jailed to save the country for their children?
Most of them simply like the things he says/does to the point where they are willing to endure policies that many know might hurt them, to continue having that enjoyment/satisfaction of having the president talk/act that way.
That's called drinking the metaphorical Kool Aid, which is what cults do.

i wonder what you believe a cult is...

What is a Cult? β
Five key characteristics of a cult include an absolute, unaccountable authoritarian leader, deceptive recruitment/ manipulation, intense "us vs. them" mentality & isolation, thought/behavior control (no criticism allowed), and demands for excessive loyalty/financial commitment, often creating dependency and stifling individuality to serve the group.

This supports my hypothesis that Trump voters are not brainwashed or cultists, but rather are merely either idiots or *******s. There are no other reasonable options. USA #1

Emotional gratification is part of our self -interest.
A big part when we have our basic needs met so I see your point about recession. Really dangerous to rely on people identifying the correct causes or solutions. If we do get lucky and they turn to the 'good guys' then we better damn well have some answers or they will very quickly turn back to some extremist/populist ****
I think anyone that voted for him, but strongly disapproves now eapecially on the economy probably is an idiot.
The more general point, which applies to a lot more than this one subject is the propensity fo people to be too forgiving of nasty stances with the comment "if I was brought up that way I would think that also". Their forgiveness deoesn't require that other person to h have fallen into a cult. The problem is that such forgiveness renders most discussions irrelevant, Because maybe its you that has the wrong idea due to your upbringing. In order for you thoughts to be taken seriously it is necessary that you believe that you would have stuck to your guns even if you were subject to that other upbringing or social pressure. Do you think that the abolutionists of 1830 (or the people who now believe some of the billionaires money) should be redistributed have their thoughts merely because of their upbringing?
