For some reason today, I’m moving up less than half the levels I normally do. I’m playing roughly the same volume I normally do, same speed. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yup, thought I was imagining it but I guess not. I usually average 5-7 levels per hour. Yesterday I played 5 hours and averaged about 3 levels/hour. I had one hand where I was all in vs a short stack and my level progress bar didn't move at all.

Yes exactly! I noticed in the large pots I played, the status bar didn’t move at all. I just called them, they confirmed the number of levels I went up, but didn’t acknowledge any glitch. They created a ticket and told me they will get back to me in a few days. I also confirmed they did not change their formula, according to the agent. I think we should all call them to get this fixed asap, since it impact rakeback so much.


I will call later today. My rb was effected prob 30-40% yesterday.

Support got back to me, and their answer was completely useless. So I wrote back. I think the only way to get their attention more is if all of us call them.


I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in rake back/levels earned. I’m going to be calling as well.

There is a very noticeable drop in level gain starting december 25 and it seems to continue throughout today. I estimate about a 40% reduction in levels from rough eyeballing calculations.

Yesterday my drop was about 70%, today about 40%. I paid close attention today, and I’m not getting credit on the progress bar for many pots I play. I tried to explain this to support, but they really don’t seem to get it. How can we get their attention? Since it probably affects everyone, I really hope everyone is calling them


I called and escalated a complaint about the reduction in rakeback. Just played another session and what you guys are saying is absolutely occurring. About 30-40% less than I received a week ago. Been going on for a few days now. I think it's gonna take a lot of us calling and complaining for them to take a look at this glitch. It seems for certain pots, the points are not being calculated towards the next level.


So frustrating. I have noticed it too


Copied the discussion about rake back/levels to NVG earned to get more attention.


If WSOP isn't fixing this, wouldn't contacting the Gaming Commission for each player's specific state be the next step? At least to get the RB for the play that has already occurred?


Ended another session for today. So much less rakeback. This is criminal..

I already contacted Pokerfuse with all the details. Lets see if they do anything. Figured an article couldn't hurt getting the word out. Doubt anything comes of it. But figured worth a shot.

If I were in your shoes, I'd withdraw all of my money on the site, and let customer service know that I'll deposit/play again when it gets fixed.


I’ve contacted multiple people. They were not aware of the problem previously, if you haven’t called support, call them. They need to be aware that this is an urgent correction needed.

Because they are not the brightest, I don’t think we should use the term β€œrakeback”. The issue is that the rake we are paying doesn’t get registered by the software in many pots that we play. This causes us to not gain the amount of levels we are supposed to. Maybe telling them like this will make it more clear? But it probably won’t matter.


Looks like the issue is fixed. Played 1.5 hours yesterday 5-6 tables and level incremented by 2 levels. Played this morning same hours and tables and level incremented by 6 levels. However, WSOP should do a rebate to all that were affected.. but it's highly unlikely they will since they DGAF about the players...

Also what happened to all the feedback changes that were gathered and given to WSOP? It's been 2-3 month and nothing has changed...

Looks like WSOP rebate me or it's trying to.. site is very laggy where I am leveling up sitting idle..
