if I understand it right, most of the world united to fight the Nazis because they were doing things like trump just did in venezuela.
the concentration camps were only discovered in like 45 or 46, right? people fought the Nazis just for violating the sovereignty of other nations. it wasn't about racism or whatever because all the countries were racist AF(and still are)

the "we didn't know" was post war revisionism to explain away the inaction when for the first time the camps went from personal accounts to photographic reality and we had to cope with the guilt after experiencing it in such a visceral form

Everyone knew about the concentration camps. They didn't know about the extermination program. There was little evidence of that until the death camps were liberated. I'm talking about a normal person. Churchill knew.

jews were still the bad people then - most european countries had living memory of pogroms at that point
hitler was not an enigma, he wrote down in his book exactly what he planned to do, took power democratically, and then did it

Why can't the military censure of Mark Kelly be done in private? Else it just looks like a publicity stunt.
Also, while reading the internet, I noticed that there is a very fine line between right-wing nutjobs and people who post funny Trump news. It's important to not confuse them.

People are the same.
The US can never be invaded. Our land can never be annexed by any neighbor.
Our adversity is manufactured. There are no threats. The GDP is absurd. Resources are practically infinite.
Leaders elsewhere have actual threats to their sovereignty. They need treaties and alliances more than anything.
The US is just doing business deals.
US was invaded ten years ago when Russia took over Facebook. They captured half our nation and vassalized our state without stepping foot onto our soil.
Otherwise all of our threats are to "interests abroad", but since we are an epicenter of world commerce we have a lot of long tails flicking around the room.
