But with that said, my view is that Wearwolf is not an alt and has tons of interesting thoughts and a great contributer.

it's either someone's alt, a long since banned user, or an ai powered bot account - 0 chance it's a fresh face operated by a human interacting here for the first time

I see people talking about how crazy it is that netanyahu and Putin can't show up to join trump's peace coalition(or whatever it's called) cuz if they show their faces they might be arrested for war crimes.

They're big tents loosely based around a choice between the guns and butter levers of power (not for the wealthy of course; for them it's all butter. and cheese, the good stuff). Democrats spread butter - welfare - and Republicans march guns. Not to say they do it exclusively, but respectively each moreso than the other.*
The ground is changing beneath them, and they have to shift to stay up. Maybe the strike-points (social revolution! but patient) shift closer to 50 due to whatever super-axial conditions, but they are an axis and the economy is ultimately a pie - it can only get divided up in such proportions. zero sum, etc.

I like the articles that view venezuela as a logistical achievement. The amount of coordination between all the different types of things and people involved, etc. With signals things going on all over the place, to boot.
