If you lived in Minneapolis, and an ICE agent demand ID.....
......would you comply. (You have broken no law. You're just walking into the grocery store.)
Why or Why not?
You wouldn't be a very good lawyer then, because ICE assaulted him first. He was peacefully protesting and video observing, which multiple SCOTUS cases have upheld as constitutionally protected. There's also multiple agents around there, and only one of them pulls out their gun and shoots him.
Keep reaching... maybe the FOFO crowd will convince you eventually.
says the guy telling me there's a Jewish conspiracy. No ones even arguing he didn't break any laws we don't have the information we see him get in the way of an officer and another person. That other person might have done something very bad and he might have also. Considering she was being arrested. Ill give you a hint. But again use of force is not important when your trying to convince an officer. he might not have even been the officer who was involved in the arrest. He could have been an officer who joined to assist the arrest. If were convicting an individual officer the actions of other officers are not important legally obviously so ice assaulting him is not a factor that's you just being emotional
Did you notice how every questionable ice video starts at the point of arrest and not before the arrest?
You do something stupid and illegal
police tell you to stop
you don't stop, you keep doing it
police try to get you
you run away
They still get you
Now you start recording <<<<<<<<
you are, like always, objectively wrong. there are videos of the lead up to the execution.
no, American policing that evolved from patrolling escaped slaves and exterminating natives is fascist.
Are you saying that the concept of police in general is bad because at some point America had police for escaped slaves? If so that might be the most idiotic argument Iβve heard. Itβs literally like the 0 tier Republican argument that planned parenthood is racist eugenics because at one point Margaret Sanger said some ****ed stuff about black people.
He did not have a weapon. This is the only thing you can potentially cling to and you keep clinging to it even though itβs been said this was not the case. Now what?

WTF are you talking about? And you have me confused w/ someone else.
But fyi... you have a logic problem. I already pointed that out, but you're still not seeing it. It's in bold. Guy was doing nothing illegal or stupid. ICE assaulted him and a woman FIRST.
There are videos out there well before the point of arrest. They are even in this thread. But if you want to believe an ICU nurse w/ a camera in his hand, tens of feet away from any officers was doing something illegal... like I said from the jump, the FOFO crowd will do anything to convince themselves there's no sociopathy happening in their psyche.
Ok, this is making more sense. Looks like your reading comprehension issue plays into your lack of moral reasoning. You have to be a good reader in order to reason properly.
I was not agreeing with you.

You can reread my words but I can't be any clearer. Ofc, I would have thought you learned to read after you botched that whole exchange with the Dem election polls but here we are.
What's a full list of the posters who are the, "both sides are the same" crowd?
These guys are so clever... I swear. Maybe we should sort out who actually is really that bad of a moral reasoner, from the people who are just trolling for attention. Because I genuinely think it's probably a 50/50ish split. I've put 3 of the obvious trollers on ignore already.
As a philosopher, I struggle to understand people who can't distinguish degrees of badness.

Iβm asking you what you mean. No one knows what βamerican police come from runaway slave policeβ means, so youβll have to elaborate.

!!! NAZI ALERT !!!!
The training of cops is horrendously lackluster - not even close to a fireman. And most of it is to protect the agency from them.
And then add in the fact that the personality trait is compelelty different of that of a fireman or a nurse.
It's actually an insult to police to compare these ICE clowns to them.
There is now 4 angles of video, and you can see the agent take his holstered gun from him and negligently shoot 1 shot downward as they backed away with the victims gun, causing the other agents to open fire.
One shot the victim 3 times (back and back of head) then there are at least 5 more shots after he is already laying motionless.
unlucky. so its a misfire from the victims gun causing multiple ice agents to fire. Original point stands dont bring a gun to a protest silly Americans. Guns are dangerous who knew. He did nothing wrong other then that
Theres a reason they focused him in the altercation and not the two ladys. its because he had a visible gun
in before 1st amendment
That's reasonable, but I may have read that he was an 8 year veteran? He acquired the training a long time ago to have had handled this situation better. Part of it is how the law is written in favor for them - but its lots of reasons.
He did not have a weapon. This is the only thing you can potentially cling to and you keep clinging to it even though it's been said this was not the case. Now what
yet his weapon is the first thing fired LOLOL. didn't age well. ironically the guy who grabbed his gun seems to be the biggest at fault
Amazing timing on that post
who brings a gun to a protest was this a protest? along with the obvious ice problems this is bound to happen over and over again as ice gets overworked from all the pushback unless you win and get them to step down . will deep dive this when I get some time
You called Kyle Rittenhouse a warrior when he did it.
I think your fears are unjustified. indolence's is a 21st century invention through most of history a 17 year old carrying a weapon would just be considered a warrior. The only issue with guns is safely lessons which any 17 year old brain can understand. I would trust a 17 year old who was trained to use a firearm more then a 30 year old who was not.
