This United side has badly needed composure and concentration. I’m not putting any of it on Carrick. But, they are responding to a more familiar formation. It is tough though looking at how weak the top of the table is this year and the dropped points against mid-table sides. Obviously I’m happy with the past two matches, but United need to go out next week and beat Fulham. It’s one thing to play up to the competition, now they need to be consistent

Also, Gyokeres is so ****ing ass at football

To me it seemed we were too complacent after we took the lead. Like we got this in the bag and can drop the tempo and pass around. But individually there were too many mistakes due to lack of concentration.

Second half United got to almost every 2nd ball and our midfield was dancing around them. Really uncharacteristic this season. Really hope this was a sobering experience rather than the beginning of our usual downfall.
