That's literally what happened. You said you didn't care about the doctoring of a photo on the White House's official X account but did care about the one on MSNOW.
You should be against all doctored photos. In this case, the White House's doctored photo was a more egregious offense but you didn't even want to look at it because you're a partisantard.
