I seem to notice that the color blue does not change but I am not sure about other colors.

Just backup it every hour during session. Not a big deal. 5 seconds of ur time. Works fine for me

Hello, I've had my account blocked.
By the way, it was for a completely bogus reason. Some unknown player came in to play a few hands, shoved 72o, and couldn't beat my AT. Customer support decided it looked like a chip dumping.
I've probably sent them all the necessary documents about five times (including a selfie with today's newspaper; I thought only terrorists do that), but customer support is incredibly slow. I'm asking for help here; maybe you can help to process my case faster.

888 is only giving me the option to withdraw to my EURO bank account, problem being that I'd lose quit a big % because its gonna apply its conversion rate from USD.
I would like to withdraw using other options, I've tried depositing through luxonpay to have that option available but its not showing.
I'm an Austrian resident.
Can you help me with that?

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the daily wish wheel not working for last two days. It just spins 888 casino in green colours on mine and goes back to the spin page and repeats. It says javascript:void(0) in bottom corner when hovering over spin.

It will not add other withdrawal options. But it will allows you to withdrawal flat usd from 888. In The ideal plan you also have to add usd currency in your Austrian bank account. In this case your will be able to withdrawal usd and receive usd. And then exchange usd to eur inside your bank account at any time you want. (When exchange rate is good)

If you want other withdrawal options you have to deposit first. For example if you deposit with Luxon, then Luxon will appear as withdrawal option. If you deposit with Skrill - Skrill will be available for withdrawal and so on

Yesterday my account was blocked (Nickname - "Etalon") for using illegal programs or scripts.
I only use H2N4 and 888caption - with configured hotkeys for closing and opening tables. Perhaps this is the reason why the system blocked my account.
How quickly can this issue be resolved?

The client has started freezing 10 times a day, kicking me out of the game and losing my notes. It used to freeze up once a day, too. What could this be, and how can I fix it? It's become impossible to play.
