Vehicles with NASCAR specialty license plates (quite a few in my state) in the left lane driving below the posted speed limit. There are so many of them that do this that I suspect the state discounts the specialty tag fee for those who agree to do this.
It shouldn't PMO more that those vehicles do it than when other vehicles do it, but it sure the hell does. If you're sporting Dale Earnhardt's #3 or King Richard's #43 on your ass-end, you should be driving like them!

They took FOREVER to cross traffic and make the left into the subdivision. They ignored so many gaps in traffic to make the turn. It should be illegal to have that license plate and drive like that.

When I was growing up a small town about 30 miles away across the state line on a well traveled highway had their traffic lights with the green on top and the red on bottom. I never heard a decent explanation for why. The father of a friend had red/green color blindness. When their family drove that highway, my friend's job was always to remind his dad that the traffic lights were "upside down."

Some cities do all their traffic lights horizontal. Calgary is an example. I've always noticed it when visiting, but never researched why they chose to be a horizontal lights city.
