Latest version of both DH2 and Coin. I've played a few hours worth of NLHE since the latest updates on both. Yesterday my sessions were tracked... interestingly:
There should have been a few hundred hands in those sessions. Two sessions don't even appear on this list. I sent a support ticket through the DH2 app so I am sure you guys are on it.

When you say latest version, do you mean this one - 2.0.17.13528?
If you sent a log, make sure you send an advanced log (check that option) and send. We did a bunch of testing yesterday on cash and MTT's, and didn't see any issues at all. Coin bought this platform from another site (PB) so we already had tracking and parsing set up for it, and never had issues. Again, the only thing that wasn't captured was AIOF tables. But we'll know from your log what's going on... ty.
Yes I upgraded as soon as it got pushed out. I can re-send with advanced. The other thing that isn't updating is the HUDs for the players. So if someone gets up and another sits down, it has the last player's hud in that spot. Or if I join a table and the HUD is already loaded, it will not rotate properly.

You need to set preferred seating in DH2. This is automatically set in the new coin client, so you need to set DH2 preferred seating to the bottom middle seat. As far as the HUD not updating, it will, but sometimes it takes a hand or 2 before the new player is changed.

Yea unless it reset itself from my dh2 settings it is the first thing I checked. I’ll look again when I get home.
Just want to report a bug. I had a hand on coin poker today where I used the new run it twice + 1 feature, I won all three run outs but the hand history in drivehud only shows me winning 1/3 of the pot.
Latest update broke the tracker for me. Hands stop updating during the session seemly at random times. The hud still updates tho but hands stop updating on the dashboard.
Drive hud seems to freeze my Coin client on PC. The games just time out and I have to restart.
This happening to anyone else?

You're using the latest version? The primary problem the dev team is having right now w/ the new coin client is, it's littered w/ bugs. They have been working on a ton of workarounds for things from keyboard freezes, to data stops, DC's, you name it. They are doing they best they can and are contuing to review any logs people send. So if you do have an issue, the best thing to do is send a log from the support icon in dh2. That helps to dev team isolate any remaining issues.
Seems to work ok now. I can't quite get it to recognize the 5 handed tables correctly on Coin. I've set the preferred seating.
By not recognizing correctly, do you mean your HUD is not aligned, or what is the issue? I had someone just test 5-max and it was working just fine, so need some more details, and probably a log please. ty.
Please look into the run it 3 times option that’s been addressed a few posts before. And also on 5 max, the remember this hud position doesn’t work when you open a new 5 max
