why does HUD stop working after 8 tables? can i get HUD to all tables?
I need some more details in order to assist. But it's best to explain your issue and send a log from the support icon in dh2. That's the most effective way to get a solution to whatever is going on w/ your setup/ situation.

Hi, I'm currently playing on ignition mobile. A few questions:
1. Is there some way to download whole SNG / MTT hand histories? I only seem to be able to access single hands in their hand History Section. Also, is there any way to view the in-game hand history while playing a given tournament on ignition mobile like there is when using their PC app?
2. Am I correct in thinking that Windows is required to use any of your software?
3. Besides current-game HUD stats, what features does Drive Hud currently offer for ignition? Does it provide the same features for other US- friendly sites?
4. What specs should I look for in a Windows laptop to optimize performance multi-tabling (multiple sites) and running your software?
Hi FD, my HUD profile disappeared after my last Ignition client reinstall. I didn't do anything to the Drive HUD db location, so I am guessing it has something to do with an alias Hero name disconnect maybe? Any idea how to restore my old Hero alias if it got overridden? Thanks

1) I think you mean export? And yes, you can right click on the tournament and select export to 3rd party. Or also just highlight all the hands, right click on them and select export to 3rd party.

4) The bigger the better. Just get something that's an i5 or equivalent or better, and I'd recommend 32 GB's of ram, decent video card also helps. Nvidia RTX 4060+ is always a good start. But it all depends on what sites you're looking to play and how many tables. If you're not mass muti-tabling, you can get away w/ much less.

Well, re-installing ignition wouldn't delete your alias or any DH files. Something else occurred.
But go here:
C:\Users\(your system name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD 2
Open the currentplayer.txt file. Note what the name is. Try and manually type in what your alias was and see if DH2 will load. If it won't, open that file again and it and change it back to what it was. If that doesn't work, send a log from the support icon. I can ask someone on the dev team if there's a manual way to search for aliases and restore them.

Regarding question number one, this was more of an ignition question than a Drive Hud question. While playing on mobile, I can't find any way to view the last hand to see what villian had like I can when playing on a PC. Do you know if this is possible?
Also when I go to the hand History Section after 24 hours to retrieve tournament hand histories, they seem to only be available as single hands, rather than entire tournaments. Did they change this and no longer allow you to download the whole tournament hand history?
Also, how does Drive Hud play with table management softwares (jurojin, stack and tile, intuitive tables...)?

As far as downloading hands, ya I'm not sure. I hadn't heard of anyone not being able to get all of the tournament hands in one download, and I've not heard of any changes there.
Yes, it works w/ TM software. If you're using the trial just try it out w/ it and make sure it works well w/ what you need.

You'd need to make custom stats for those. They're so specific, you wouldn't have meaningful sample sizes typically.
You can create a filter for them, but I don't see a stat that matches each specific of that line.

The attached should be close for your first instance. Like FD said, there are not many instances (151 from a population of >1,000,000).

This came up with 0 instances in a 10k hand sample i have with a player. This one which chatgpt came up with returned 27 instances in that sample:

I havent been able to verify in game that its tracking exactly what i wanted but that sample sounds ball park right i guess, maybe slightly lower than i was expecting
