Usually AM does better but who knows. The potential for a record low 6/6% is definitely in play.

Not much chalk missed the cut. Looks like ~15% of the entries in the milly have 6/6.

Yeah, and there was a lot of overlap with Morikawa & Knapp imo. Least exciting & most irrelevant survivor crash & burn ever. My guess is at least 100 entries have the current top three. My buddy has a 6/6 that’s in like 36, 600th place.

just catching up on events from today my god what is Åberg up to
watching his highlights from a nine under day is a video game cutscreen sequence

pm/am wave had a 2 stroke advantage, pretty crazy Aberg has over come that and leads by 2. Sawgrass is so entertaining, looking and some of the score cards so far, a bunch of players with big numbers on holes or something like +5 over 4 holes. This weekend is going to be about avoiding water and doubles+

Ya, with a lot of big names near the cut line a lot of 6/6 won't be cashing. Scottie, Cantlay, Rory, Berger, Kim, MW Lee, Gotterup. Looks like balanced was the way to so far.

Yeah. Definitely go and watch the extended highlights of his round on the Tour's website. Dude is crushing it off the tee statistically and it really shows

Scottie is ****ing me everywhere. I never bet the favorite especially at his number, but bit the bullet. Also two days of showdown with him, and got super fortunate in a small contest on Thursday with a few people having Morikawa.

But then I bet some others in the without Scottie market trying to double dip, and Aberg was legit the first guy I bet then Straka.

So might be a nice week regardless.

I bet Morikawa to win the Players. He played one hole and withdrew on the 2nd tee.

Has the bet already been graded?

No.

I haven't had a chance to watch everything, but I saw a clip of scotties errant drives. Reminded me of me.

Amateurs take note, a world top 10 just toe shanked a chip. Almost whiffed it.

Bad shots happen to everybody, don’t get too down when it happens to you.

how did you know exactly what i was thinking?
thank you, always knew i had tour level ability at something

thx BO

i got down on myself y'day when i hit an 87 yard wedge sideways

ander apparently has shuffle or shanked his x factor toward our roaring swede boy oh boy aberg
predict tomorrow luddy will sunday florida crecent moon suck the soul out of some other young people while vainly driving eternal stakes toward fairways of every nervous hole while sepp licks up second or cam finds and smothers another man

Gonna have a slight sweat tomorrow. Need McNealy to shoot the course record.

Xander is going to need more than a couple of quarts before tomorrow's round.

Edit: that might have been one of the worst/best pars I've ever seen.

sadly predicting x and or some other husk of a professional golfer after this round resembling him soaks a ball off the 17 tee

edit: ok i take it all back

Who did it? I once did that on two straight chips playing with a group of guys I didn't know. Both were dead right, way more than 45 degrees. Must have been toe shot near-whiffs.

One of three epic meltdowns I had on courses in my life. Another was 3 ground balls into the water off the tee, another was a swing and miss at a teed up iron par 3 shot. Unreal. Mid-80s shooter, but I didn't know I had any of that in me.

Still not graded. I'm sure they are waiting for tourney conclusion for all bets. But as far as I know all they have to do is start, and it's action.

Xander.

About a month ago on a 160 yard par 3 I one hopped an iron that was teed up into the creek 10 yards short of the green. We all have it in us.

Regular books like DK and Fanduel are still illegal in Texas, so I still have to deal with a local, even though all of the bets are made online. Sent him a message and he canceled my bet. Bad part is I can't shop lines. Good news is in situations like this, I get cut some slack.

Interested in how your book handles it.

New PGA tour CEO Brian Rolapp evidently has shitcanned all of the Hawaiian tournaments and will just start in California. I'm rather sad to see them go. They were a beautiful watch.

Or watch Hoge's quintuple this week. I haven't played golf in years, and I think I could go out there and get a 9 on that hole.

Ironically, I think the PGA Tour benefits with more events unlike most sports (NBA/NFL). Having a random golf tournament on Sunday is nice and predictable when someone is looking to watch something.

So basically the wrong sport is looking for scarcity when the NFL and NBA would be far better off with less exposure.

and dog balls takes Thorbjornsen out of the proceedings

Aberg turning up 2 with a missed opportunity on 9, Matty Fitz and Bobby Mac on heaters and might just catch him (hope not)
no penalties

never heard of this Yellamarajiu dude, but i like the cut of his jib

yeah he's fun.
fidigeted over that tee shot on 17 for too long but kept it dry for now

edit: either it's getting cold out there or he is really excited about walking up to the green
