Very disappointed in the rollout of the software for many reasons but it just cost me money directly. I have ev cashout disabled in options but it still popped up as an option and caused a misclick in accepting it.

The CHP value seizure was also disappointing. I emailed support and they wont convert.

I was planning on putting most of my volume this year on this site as it seemed to be one of if not the only site that seemed to care about the players. That obviously seems not to be the case.

5 emails to support in last 7 days now. Also emailed security. No reply.

Messsged rep yesterday asking them to chase up withdrawal that has bee pending for 40 hours. Messsged again today.Didnt hear back.

Same rep asked me not to bad mouth site after getting a $100 credit for chp. Which I haven’t done since.

However this is now beyond a joke.

Withdawal Requested over 48h ago now (250 usdt), nothing has hit my wallet 😡

Contacted support, they replied with "Your transaction has been approved on our side" "due to a temporary technical issue, some transactions are taking longer than usual to be fully processed."

Pretty simple to figure out. They're not making any money on rake this month so they have less money so I'm sure they're trying to delay payouts as much as possible

There are 3/4 on this forum. 5/6 on Reddit and I know 3/4 personally. All delayed in last 2 days.

might have found a bug. I timed out during one of my hands and there was no way to sit back in after. I was permanently sat out.

Will you guys stop telling people to take their opinions to another thread. Somebody questions the random generator take it to another thread. Someone talks about withdrawals not happening take it to another thread. This is the thread for coin poker. Why would we take it somewhere else?

Have you considered that repeating the same point over and over and arguing with anyone who disagrees isn’t really adding value to the thread?

Well when you get the all-important job of deciding what's of value to the thread I guess then you can remove them. In the meantime let people post what they want to post

Just to add another data point: after seeing the withdrawal complaints here, I made a $1,328 cashout myself to test whether there was a broader payout issue. It was processed in under 1 hour on my end. That obviously doesn’t mean other people aren’t having delays, but at least from my recent experience it doesn’t look like a general withdrawal freeze.

You'll all get paid out, just be patient. They're not going to ruin their rep over a measly amount of $$

They are managing to do that in May other ways.

Hey — I wanted to ask about a recent withdrawal issue I experienced.

I requested a $600 cashout, which normally processes quickly. This time it stayed pending for around 48 hours and was then canceled due to a technical issue, with the funds returned to my account.

Since I was expecting the withdrawal to go through, having it reversed after that delay wasn’t ideal and led to me continuing to play when I otherwise wouldn’t have.

I understand technical issues can happen, but I wanted to ask if this situation can be reviewed, or if any goodwill compensation could be considered.

I’d really appreciate any help or clarification on this.
