[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
@Coinpoker Rep -Hey — I wanted to ask about a recent withdrawal issue I experienced.I requested a $600 cashout, which normally processes quickly. This time it stayed pending for around 48 hours and was then canceled due to a technical issue, with the funds returned to my account.Since I was expecting the withdrawal to go through, having it reversed after that delay wasn’t ideal
Pathetic.
Anyone played gven at heads up plo6? I suggest you avoid him. Some serious sketchy stuff going on. I just played himOver about 20k hands and he won about 50 buy ins off me. Didnt call once when he was beat. Not one hand. Some crazy all ins too. Almost like he could see the equities. Same **** as what happened on GG poker few years back with the super user.
Variance finally get t
Yeah, well the variance on this site for NL equals to PLO variance. Which, I only could imagine what PLO6 feels like.

Least you got your cash back. 3 days and mine still processing.

So to put my input and I requested a payout to the Bitcoin wallet and I got the money within less than 10 minutes. So one good thing about the site for me anyway
Same here for 250 USDT. They reversed it after 72 hours. "The funds have been returned to your account, and you are welcome to submit a new request at your earliest convenience." "The technical issue has been resolved, and there should be no further issues with your next withdrawal." This coming from their security team. I immediately submitted a new withdraw for 250 USDT on ETH. We'll see how this goes.

Would u give the money back if you would have won instead?
2nd withdrawal attempt of 250 USDT was successful. Took a little over 3 hours to hit my wallet. 😀
"Goodwill compensation" I get a kick out of that
To avoid clogging this thread at this particular time of important changes, I've moved the last 20+ posts about withdrawals to its own designated thread at https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/di...
The CoinPoker's Rep is aware of the new thread.
I woke up and my dashboard is completely bugged. You don't need to reply, just try to fix it. If you want to reply, that's fine too, I just want to access my dashboard.
The software is still so bad. Continually glitching! When will this be rectified! Thrown off tables all day!
is the amount we are getting for rakeback listed under 'Coin Tracking' in the wallet? so for example if i have 280 total coins accumulated, does that mean i am getting $280 rakeback when it pays out? or is there some other place where our rakeback is listed and tracked that i am missing?
It's funny how a website decides to do what's probably its biggest update in the middle of its biggest sale. Anyway, I just want to know when things will go back to normal. I've already tried reinstalling the software and nothing has worked so far.

I'm still having the same problem.

Yes this is right, though you should be able to get it now by clicking "transfer now" if you wish.Open the wallet and to left of coin tracking is 'rewards' and to slight right of that is the transfer now button
Complaints are understandable if something is not working, but thought to add something positive too.
For me the soft works good - no lag, no glitches or anything like that. Only minor complaint is that the table could open faster, right now it's about 3-5 sec after click.
Also have made multiple 500-1k cashouts with new soft and it normally takes less than 1h to get it.

I agree with almost everything that was said. My only problem is some minor bugs that have occurred, but in the old interface I already thought everything Coinpoker had done was very good, including the speed of support in the beginning, which was faster than it is now. Perhaps it's because of the demand from new players, but they should prepare for that. Regardless, I've been trying to open my wallet for a few days and it's bugged, and so far I haven't received any solution from the site regarding this.
I also haven't seen anyone complaining about the same problem.
My wallet works fine but my tables do this on my desktop. I can only play on my laptop. There are bugs all over the place and they are all unique to everyone lol
I just realized that the "promotional credit" also reduced my CHP. So basically, I paid $40 (+ fees) for a $100 bonus, which I still have to clear and pay rake on.
While a $60 bonus is a nice gesture, it's not a "credit" for the CHP I purchased a day before you sunset the tokens.
It's the equivalent of a store who refuses to refund your money, and instead gives store credit after charging a restocking fee.
I think my Coin experiment may be over. If the games were halfway decent I could overlook the ridiculous rake hikes, the CHP debacle, the fact that my computer spits flames when firing 2 tables, etc. etc. But the games aren't good, the rake is through the roof, and I'm forced to play and pay for a refund on a discontinued product.
Not an ideal experience for me.

In my case, that wasn’t how it worked.
The $100 promo bonus did not reduce my recorded CHP balance. The CHP issue remained separate, and the promotional credit seemed to be independent from it.
So I get the frustration, but I don’t think it’s accurate to treat that as a universal CHP offset.
Hurry up and give us downloadable handhistory

Yeah, beyond the rake and other changes they made to their games, the biggest issue they're going to have to overcome is their new framework environment choice. The new owners bought another sites software that was built on electron and is a massive resource hog. It's great for cross platform compatability and development, but I don't see how they get their biggest audience (online poker communities like this) to want to play on a limited amount of tables.
2 CoinPoker tables uses 30-40% of my CPU + 700MB of RAM, and I have a high end system w/ 32 GB of ram. Once you get to 6+ tables, most people's systems will lag big time.
I know what I would do if I were advising their company, but I don't think they're going to listen to me. 😀
Was anybody in Tournament #130998 starting on March 23 at 20:10 PST (23:10 EST)? I'm not sure if anyone will ever believe this, but I did manage to take a few screenshots towards the end. Basically, around the time the MTT was ITM, the tournament froze and everyone received a message saying a new table will pop up in 5 minutes or the tournament will be canceled.
Approximately 5 minutes later, a new pop does indeed pop up, but the error is the blind levels went up about 3 levels from around 500/1000 to 1500/3000 somehow and everyone has like 1/3 of the stack. For whatever reason, this is one of the only MTTs I go deep in on the session. The tournament still had glitches, but somehow we play down to 3 handed when the tournament pauses for no reason.
Then I start chatting with the other two players involved and everyone agrees to email support. We even discuss trying an ICM chop just to get it over with, where we'd all receive something like $250-350 (my share was indicated to be $346).
Now this is where the story gets super twisted. During the process, we realize THERE IS ACTUALLY A 4TH PLAYER STILL IN THE TOURNAMENT BUT NOT ASSIGNED TO A TABLE.

CoinPoker Support says the tournament will be ICM chopped after an investigation. Any ideas on how "fair" the investigation will be and anything else I can do to be proactive?
