The MMA Thread
Since there's a SE Boxing Thread that evolved out of the PBF/Pac abortion, I thought we should have a SE MMA Thread as w
Now I just need Hokit to not get screwed by the judges.
What a fight.
FOTY AINEC
Hokit vs Lewis added to the White House card.
I'm guessing the fight to finish in Round 1 will be -750.
ULLLLLLBBEERG
Jiri so dumb lol
Felt as if he didn’t care/lost the fire when he felt Ulberg was compromised lmao
Wow, the last 2 fights were absolute lunacy and I can't believe what I just witnessed!!! And they say HW is the most boring division :p. Jiri is going to have some terrible upcoming introspection about life, it's purpose and what place compassion has in competition, especially when it pertains to your livelihood...
Jiri fumbled that so hard. Literally zero fight IQ.
Me wondering why this fat slob, Tuivasa is on the main card.
*sees fights are in Australia*
Ah...
The easiest money in the world right now is simply betting against Tuivasa.
JDM stay at the top was brief
would like to see prates vs islam but helwani said islam/garry is in august and islam fights like once a year
he also said max/mcgregor july 11th
I'd bet more money on Conor never fighting again.
He's all about the coke and poke now.
If you ever saw him ride a horse with an umbrella then you know why.
If Strickland can do it, I'll pay it off.
Rooting for the double KO
Quite shocked Sean won.
Would still take a dump in his mouth.
Chimaev clearly won that, either way not sure why Khamzat got gassed in round 2 when round 1 he wasn't even that active, must of been a terrible weight cut.
Luckily, I lost only the mind bet. Laying 6/1 scared me off. For a second I considered taking a stab at the other side, but just couldn't see it happening. Seems Chimaev has conditioning trouble at this weight.
Still, if one round is dominant for the champ, the other 4 are too close to call, kind of weird the champ loses.
Gautier is The Man in waiting.
It's pretty astonishing how Khamzat struggled to make weight for Middleweight and is moving up to Light Heavyweight when in 2018 he had a fight at Welterweight.
Will be interesting to see how he does at Light Heavyweight. Not sure I see him throwing people around and dominating them like he's done in his previous fights.
it was a close fight, couldve gone either way but i thought strickland won rd 5, 3 was close to a tossup to me....the way chimaev fades after rd 1 gives the appearance that he is slowing down and probably makes it easier to give close rds to the other guy
LHW sucks so maybe he can make a run there but I tend to think he is done, his striking isn't very good and he probably isn't gonna ragdoll guys at 205. Not sure how motivated he will be either
