I've been paid when I won and also been paid daily on the daily cash races - never an issue. I know they don't include TigerGaming players. I'm also playing 50plo and 100plo now and getting paid from the daily races. Assuming I'll be paid for weekly once I win/place on those as well. Players that I saw win/place in previous LB's are still playing. I'm assuming they wouldn't be if they got "scammed" and didn't get paid from the previous LBs.

You shared a .ru domain. Are you Russian? Or American? I know a few players on a discord channel I belong don't get any promo prizes as they've been banned from promos for being a "non-recreational player". Do you fit into that category?

I'm at the VIP level of 25% earned for RB- so with cash circuit and Rake races daily it's been a very nice hourly just from RB alone.

I'm on Tiger Gaming and get paid for daily STT races. I thought Chico network was 10% flat RB for everyone...how did you get 25%?

I actually saw somewhere that their Jan circuit promo included end-of-promo payouts for VIP players only. Not sure if it's true, but if it is, then I think what happened is they changed the terms in Feb but still only paid out to VIP players. I don't think they intended to scam people, but they definitely did, and seems there's no real way to reach them about it. Someone in this thread tried calling them by phone and got nowhere as well.

Nope. I was getting 10% flat rb, fast-fold leaderboard prizes, daily cash prizes, reloads, etc. - everything. Except for the $2400 for the Circuit promo.

You can increase your VIP status by playing casino games.

It's up to 30%. You get higher VIP from sports/casino action.

looking at their VIP rewards now but it's not really clear....how much do you need to wager on sports in order to reach and also keep 25% RB? Which tier is that?

I also still have not been paid for my second place finish in the 25nl February promo. They need a rep on here to explain things ASAP.

I saw on reddit that some people have mentioned they can get extra rakeback by signing up with an affiliate? Anyone know if this is still possible? Also, is it possible if I already made an account on BoL years ago?

I think you can open an account on a different skin and get extra RB with an affiliate there. Thing is that some affiliates only can provide RB on a particular skin, so if the account you opened is on that skin already then you're ****ed.

I had an affiliate deal and they stopped payments last month. According to them Chico stopped paying and not replying to any questions....can anyone confirm the same?

I have no idea what this is about. I wrote back saying that I don't know the two players other than as other regs I see on the tables frequently. I don't know their real names, where they live, have never communicated with them, etc. Not sure what else I can do. My account is now locked and I have no idea if they'll open it again or just confiscate my funds. Has anyone else been investigated by Chico before? How long does it take? Is there anything else I can do?

I just deposited and played some cash games today. Games seemed not great at 100 and 200nl. On top of that, I just looked up the rake for this site and MY GOD is it bad. This is like straight up private club rake, except the rakeback is worse than what many clubs will give you, and the games seem mostly filled with regs. I'm re-thinking putting in volume here going forward. Sucks, because people seem to not recommend ignition for cash games anymore these days either. This site could have real potential if the rake wasn't so damn high.

Update on my frozen account: they've reopened it and I'm good to go. They sent me a copy of their rules and made me verify that I'd read them, but still wouldn't tell me what I was accused of doing wrong. Upon reading the rules, there were lots of things I know I didn't do (multi-accounting, colluding, using prohibited software), and a term I had never heard of before--grimming. Apparently, "grimming," is when you start a new table, get a favorable position such that you don't have to post the blind, and then leave after a hand or two before you have to post. This is the only thing I can think of, because I do occasionally start tables and then leave quickly if everyone else on the table is a reg. I suppose some of those times that I left I had received a favorable blind position and therefore accidentally grimmed. Not really sure, and it also doesn't really fit with them asking me about the two other players, but whatever, I'm just happy to have my account back.

Is there currently a sharkscope-bug for Chico Games or is there super obvious Money laundering/dumping going on in Chico HUSNGs and they don't care?

Example:
"Anderss" having a casual winrate of 98% of his HUSNGs over 500 Games, many of these games against the same 4-5 Accounts.
This alone wouldn't be big reason to worry, it's happened a lot in the past on other Sites as well and Situation is solved quickly.

However, one of the accounts he has won all 56 out of 56 Games against stopped being used in april (probably banned), "Harley75". All other Accounts involved though, including the former I mentioned, have all been used as recently as a couple days ago.

You can find the Accounts involved very easily using sharkscope, one "new" winner is currently 2nd in the 2026 sharkscope SNG LB.

for players on Sportsbetting and BOL, do you get weekly rakeback challenges on top of your standard 12.5% RB?

What's this 12.5%? I get 10% RB, and sometimes get weekly rakeback challenges, sometimes not. They seem to delight in changing up the rewards system every month, so it's tough to say what you'll be getting any given week. Some weeks I've gotten great weekly challenges, other times nothing, or everyone above a certain threshold gets the same tourney entry regardless of you much they played.
