Thanks Coin_poker for the update. It’s good to hear there’s internal discussion about the fee. However, the argument regarding 'equity restrictions' vs 'fee size' is a logical fallacy in this context.

First, let's be clear: EV Cashout is mathematically neutral for the house over a large sample. Whether a player has 35%, 60%, or 99% equity, the room isn't 'taking a risk' that justifies a 300% higher fee than the competition. I am certain that the more senior or mathematically-inclined members of your team already realize that a 3% fee does more harm to your brand image than any perceived 'risk' could ever justify.

Second, suggesting that a lower fee requires equity restrictions makes no sense for the room's bottom line. There might be a fear of 'exploitation' internally, but that’s a ghost: major networks (iPoker, GG) have proven for years that 0-1% fees are perfectly safe with broad equity ranges.

Furthermore, we need to talk about the health of the ecosystem. At 3%, this feature becomes a 'trap' that only recreational players will use due to a lack of mathematical knowledge. Predatory fees like this effectively 'tax' the most vulnerable players in the pool, draining the ecosystem's liquidity much faster than necessary. Exploiting recreational players’ desire to avoid variance by charging them 3% is not 'pro-player'; it's a short-sighted cash grab.

Savvy players will simply ignore it, meaning you've created a 'dead' feature for regs and a 'drain' for casuals. If you lower the fee to 1%, you actually provide a service that everyone can use fairly. I’m sure there are voices within CoinPoker who value the 'player-centric' brand enough to know that 1% is the only real 'sweet spot' for a sustainable ecosystem.

If CoinPoker is 'testing different models,' please take this as definitive data: High fees + high rake = players looking for the exit. We value the site, but not at the cost of being the most expensive place to play on the internet.

Are preflop 3bet sizings still showing as percentages rather than multipliers for anyone else?

@coin_poker is this on the agenda to be fixed?

i hope they fix this soon. I think muliplier is easier

For me is % still.

Most annoying **** is randomly clicking 2.5bb rfi then it rfi to 4b or 5bb. Have done this like 20 times prob in last week.

I did use the EV cashout...the problem is what happened to the over 400bbs pot?
I got 50bbs the other player got 43bbs and the rake is 10bbs the EV cashout fee is 3% another 13bbs roughly. total pot was 533bbs. so who got the 400bbs+ ???

So I am still waiting for an explanation. So if I use the EV cashout feature I have to forfeit my 400bb stack to win 50bbs? no customer support to speak of. No reasonable explanation? BTW this happened 04/01/2026 and still waiting for answers.

If a player uses the cashout feature they get whatever equity they have at that point minus the fee charged, if they go on to win the pot, yes it is forfeited and goes to the house. If the opponent wins then they get the entire pot as long as they don't cashout and the site pays the extra money to you.

This example you gave is the first time I have seen three players involved in the pot where one is allin at an earlier point which is where my uncertainty lies here.

Well stated.

I moment I saw that 3% fee on this hand that was roughly 13bb, I thought to myself that 13bb is about my hourly. WTF?! Everyone plays a different number of tables and might or might not table select, but wow. And this is just doing it once per hour. Even if we limit my example to players having AA in holdem or omaha, I can see players when they hit the set on the flop going, "oh I have a lot of equity, I have to use the cash out feature" and then on the hands they miss the set they go, "oh I missed the set and have such low equity, I have to cash out." THE uninfomed are getting crushed coming and going.

And in the OP's example, as was already pointed out by someone else, OP had about 40% equity three-way preflop which is printing money. All OP had to do was dog fist-pump (paw-pump) his cat or dog and ride the equity train while also being happy that the SB plays so horribly. But giving up what amount to my hourly by using a 3% non-needed feature is bad news. Play lower, don't play deep, use the non-fee run it multi-times features or just close your eyes and pray as the cards flip over. But do NOT use a 3% fee EV cash out.

Mtts cash or both? I'm seeing some players having exceptionally high roi in mtts leading me to believe the games are better then what I see reported but not sure if it's a cash/ tourney thing

Or they are multi accounting cheats.

On this does coinpoker actively police and ban cheats with refunds?

They did quite a large refund to many players a short while ago after they found some cheats (im not sure what form of cheating was occuring)

Hi can you add in a sit out next BB option?

Currently I have to sit out next hand when utg and then by the time I did that on all tables and had a 5 minutes break, by the time I come back to the table I lost my seat on half the tables?

Unless there is a way to sit out next BB on all my tables that I am missing?

Cheers

Can we dl hh yet?

Starting to think it's on purpose, they know games die when certain players leave, this gives them a few extra hands of a table. That alone would be great for the player, but not really the operator, completely agree impossible to get up with multiple tables going.

Is there any way to get support from Coinpoker apart from the standard email address? Emailed them on 4th April as I haven't had an option of a deposit bonus, even though I made my first deposit in March during 100%rb month, so have never had the new player deposit bonus. 11 days later & still no reply apart from 'we are sending it to the relevant department' and this is support for me becoming a customer, what's the support like for issues which don't involve me potentially giving them thousands of $$ a month??

I cannot get any response at all from [email protected]

I wanted to cash out part of my roll on Friday morning, got asked one clarifying question which I answered immediately. Nothing happened over the weekend and I figured I would get withdrawal approved on Monday.

Well on Monday, without any noticed my account was blocked. When I tried to log in it just said that account is blocked and to contact support. I e-mailed support and asked clarification about my account. ( I figured fine if they have to do some security checks or whatever, but at least would be nice to inform me.)

I wrote them again on Tuesday, simply requesting information about what is going on and reason for blocking my account. I understand if security checks need to be done and they take few days.

Still no answer at all. So it is now Thursday morning. Almost a week since I requested cash out, 4th day since my account was blocked and literally NO response or information from CoinPoker at all.

I have not done anything wrong and I understand security checks, but there should be some communication. I have no idea what is going on and have over 10k+ stuck on the site.

@coinpokersupport

I’ve already contacted support via email and received a few responses, but nothing is actually progressing—so I’m bringing this up here.

This isn’t about a large amount, so it wasn’t a big deal at first, but the delay is getting frustrating. I accidentally sent USDC via the BSC network instead of POL. That’s on me—but in most cases, wallets can recover this. I asked support if they have access and whether the funds could either be credited or returned.

After about 5 days, I was told that a return is possible, so I provided my address the same day. After another 7 days with no update, I followed up and was told that returns are processed in batches and I need to wait.

More than enough time passed by..... and I still haven’t received anything. At this point, it’s becoming quite frustrating.

User: Sportschau

First email sent: March 19
First reply: March 24 (address provided the same day)

As of today: no funds received

Can you please look into this and speed things up?

@coinpokerrep

the preflop % sizings are the same as the postflop sizings, a) if youre going to have preflop custom buttons as percentages, please have them independant to post flop sizings, but more importantly b) please go back to being able to do 3x 4x etc the last bet

define "allowed"

Is it possible for you guys to have the option to disable the high hand notification. Sure a few recreationals may like it, to me it just adds clutter and another thing to click on, to make a full house big deal.. I can get the splash pot notification since it alerts the whole table and notifies the winner when it happens on the table.

lol yeah i second this. I already know if i had a good hand, i dont need my screen being taken over informing me that i did indeed have a full house!

We have a Discord where replies are quite fast, and a ticket can be opened for some types of issue in the #server-support area

Unfortunately in the new software there's an issue with some players seeing the bonus in the client but it is being worked on and everyone eligible will get it. If you DM your username here or put it in a Discord ticket I'll make sure you get it

by DuumaPomm m

I understand if security checks need to be done and they take few days.

Same as above if you can send the ticket ID or username or open a ticket on Discord the reps will try to escalate it but security issues can take a while

Thanks for the help dear Forum D:

Glad to hear that one was fixed

There's been a bit of debate on Discord on this, think you're on there as well I recognize the avi. If you search back for 2x, 3x, some players didn't like it that way, and some did. Whichever way it's done there are some players that won't like it, but I'll ask the team if they can set up a poll on Discord or something to put it to a vote
