I agree a Q&A is a good idea here. Im happy to host if people agree. If anyone looks back through my posts over many months here they will see ive always been happy to defend coinpoker and the people behind it and im also the person who first mentioned Todds post and mentioned "we need some answers here please" so its safe to say im fair and unbiased to all parties. I just want a sensible and professional discussion over what are now valid concerns. Hopefully the outcome will be that everything is totally fine and we can all continue to enjoy what is an excellent site in general. @Coinpokerep is this something which sounds reasonable? Happy to discuss via PM wither way so we can get all concerns hopefully put to bed.

Someone came on after and intimated I may of been a writer who had prior issues with the new owners of Coin - For clarity I used to play quite a bit at coin and stopped late last year for the most part - but I always had a good relationship there and a point of contact and what started this whole thing with coin was me trying to point out to them the misrepresentation they were making with the 100% rakeback promo - I had 0 rakeback to get I wasn't playing but I'm active on social media and could see how that was going to play out, this all started with me trying to be helpful and advise against what they were doing - here's the receipts

A third has reached out to you about your concerns and to explain that all funds are securely ringfenced, plus we have more than adequate backup reserves. Prior to that we've responded to various issues you've raised in your other threads and in this thread, over the past two months. We also regularly communicate with you directly over Whatsapp as you've stated.
GGPoker foolishly decided not to have an Omaholic festival this spring. Time for CoinPoker to swoop in and arrange their own. You should have enough Omaha expertise on your team to make a really great one.

@mods - can transparencies obnoxious walls of fud be moved out of this thread somewhere? They clearly have an agenda and his style of posting is designed to disrupt the software/gameplay discussion that most people come here for.
Especially since all of his fud pseudo arguments have been addressed many times over already and most players are aware why Coins T&Cs need to be written in the way that makes having a global player pool (including the US) possible.

Your Ambassadors did not “do” an X space with me, Patrick Leonard went on one to do damage control and didn’t know I’d be there - he nor Charlie Carrell who followed in after me didn’t have any real answers, Patrick for things he publicly given assurances for in 2024 “didn’t really know” … it’s recorded I’m sure anyone can listen
The third your main ambassador Maris Mobeck did slide into my DM’s on X and started throwing around all kinds of guarantees that were wild and totally unrealistic - ZERO FINANCIAL RISK for players was one which I’ve challenged him on X to stand over … Zero Risk let him underwrite it personally - a zero liability by his metric … Just Hot Air imo
As for “Ringfenced” there is no such thing it does not exist in your business unless you show otherwise - it’s just a different name on another wallet with the same new undisclosed owners in total control (people that seem apparently to have a somewhat chequered past) - It’s my contention one press of a button, any day and gone … every penny if anyone wished - that’s your “ringfenced”
You haven’t shown reserves since 2024 you did and then took them down, but again Mr Mobeck contends you have 3x player funds sitting there - at last look and this was before traction you had $16, 000, 000 of player funds so he’s confirming another $45, 000, 000+ (we’re probably talking double or more that in reality as player funds will have increased) in company reserves - if that’s the position show or have them independently verified at that level - especially important as your throwing money around like water currently it’s just nice to confirm it’s your money

How fast are USDT TRC20 withdrawals these days?
I have got a refund on Coinme in USDC and have never used USDC which they list as on the Stellar Network, can I deposit it here without issue since all i see listed in this thread is the different network Polygon?
Also Transparency needs to be banned from this thread. I and others are trying to use this thread for actual and reasonable conversations and answers.

This is a big reason why I spoke up earlier itt. I am telling anyone and everyone of my US friends not to play here. I am not about to deposit a min bankroll and spend a year forcing volume to make 5 figures profit, all to get angleshot on some bullshit technicality, roll confiscated
They really do need transparency (not the poster) here but I'm pretty sure the CP rep is not going to address this in any manner other than the imo clownshoes roundabout response they gave me listing all those players with large bankrolls who have confidence in the site. The whole point is you cannot have language like that in T&C while also accepting any and all deposits from "restricted jurisdictions". It's deceptive and arguably criminal. I have seen multiple posts of people saying their bankrolls were taken on here and Reddit alone...They can't all be lying. One is too many. Not about to recommend a place where my fish friends and me (not a fish) can bink, go to withdraw, and get rug pulled. Not trying to get burned again after living through the UIGEA, NETeller freeze, and Black Friday...
I get that one can't come out and say what I'm implying a demand for, but I'm saying I understand the nuance. Ppl happily play online at non-explicitly legal sites (Global for example). Representation should really address the T&C language, tho, and it can be done without having to explicitly say things you can't actually say as a rep in public

CoinPoker accepts USDC on the Ethereum, Polygon, Base or Binance Smart Chain network, but not Stellar. It's best to deposit USDT anyway as there's a conversion fee on all deposits to change them into USDT to play with. So you'd need to swap your USDC for USDT on an exchange.
Wait a minute?! What is up with the Splash pot thing on Coin? I went on to calculate what my actual net RB ended up being. Then when I was looking into splash, I read some alarming stuff!
A "small fee" of 0.1BB per hand is charged it says on their page. That is not small that is absolutely MASSIVE. 10BB/100 hands is higher than what you would rake in standard rake! From playing I can't imagine the average splash pots on a full 6-max adds up to 60BB/100(?). Whish would be a total scam, and a big one at that! I also think this is completely hidden from the normal system. Because it doesn't seem to be included in "Coins" that you get equivalent to what you rake.
Questions:
1) How much of the additional 0.1BB per hand splash fee is given back in actual splash?
2) Is that fee included in your total Coins you recieve (that are supposedly equal to the amount you have paid in rake)?
3) Where can you find your history for splash pot winnings ?
I feel pretty confident about answers 1 & 2 but I need to be sure! I feel that a lot less than all of the fee is given back as actual splash pots! If this is the case, it is by far the highest rake on the market, well past GG!!
It's taken from the pot, i.e. not just from you. All of it is then redistributed to players randomly in the Splash pots that occasionally happen at tables, it's zero sum. Plus Coin also adds $500k per week into the pool for those pots.
There is a My Winnings section if you pull up the View All Splashes, when you click on the chest.

this is ******ed. it takes 2 minutes to cashout. why would you ever keep a large sum on any site.
I was on the 33% rakeback deal holding CHP prior playing NL 10 and NL 25 winning at a decent clip for a low volume reg $1400 over 4 months.
But now losing $400 in the last couple of weeks and finding 3/4 of my sessions are losing sessions - getting frustrated and punting a little which is killing me.
Dont know if the new rakeback change is beatable for average reg, or even a good reg. I thinks its 10bb at NL 10 and 8bb at NL 25(?)
I am getting rakeback but I do not know at what %. Is it much less than 33% - I saw somewhere else it was now only 17%???
I am aware of splashpots and leaderboard races etc but I have not seen a $ out of leaderboard races, and these promotions have very little positive impact on my winnings.
I would love to know the experiences of other Coinpoker reg's, and confirmation from Coinpoker.

I think the flat rakeback is 15% now. But tbf to CP im finding the leaderboards and splash pots are actually pretty good and gets me over the 33% that RB was previously.
