Not even embellishment, just completely manufactured out of nothing as stick wasn't even elevated yet.

loilers

Wasting the McDavid-Draisaitl combo (and it's absolutely correct to say the window is now closed) will be studied for decades in terms of hockey management incompetence.

Oh dear Edmonton and Montreal.

Agreed and I do not get the controversy the puck was across the line
20 GA in 4 games in the playoff worst goaltending in playoffs and defense brutal

Montreal last chance for a CDN Cup

Only way you fix this team is to trade McDavid or Draisaital and Bouchard

It's definitely over the line. There's technology to superimpose the puck, so you can literally move it over from where it is to visibly see it. Probably not able to do it quite so easily in video editors, but you can do a measurement.

Export the geometry to a CAD software and do a minimum perpendicular measurement to the line. The only factors you'd have to worry about is line "bleed" and the camera being square to the line. So the NHL needs to have a calibration for the camera and certification. As for line "bleed" I think the solution is a minimum distance the puck needs to be away from it to be a good goal. You would need some sort of tolerance.

Also probably need high speed cameras for more frames. The technology is all there, but will the NHL spend to do any of this? You are going to need to be accurate to within .1mm.

And so it ends for the LA Kopitars.
I'll always have 2012 and 2014. Otherwise, I think my fandom is now open. 12 years is enough.

The games look so much better on ESPN vs TNT

Was just about to post how the Flyers stink.

Truly insane how many amazing chances the Penguins have given the Flyers shorthanded in this series

Oh no, Crosby straight to the locker room after taking a shot from Shea

Ok, he’s back

skill game

did pernell karl get fat or something? seems to constantly be draped in mumus that would've looked out of place in the 90s. so either he's beefed up to like 3 bills, or thats the fit these days idk

edit: actually maybe its not that bad

Very good playoff game

hope bettors had fun sweating all those empty net attempts lol

flyers in 7

Tusks up?

Guess not :p

Jamie Benn cross-checks Hartman in the back of the head and gets 2. Hartman gets 2 for "getting" cross-checked in the head???

Oh no Buffalo!

Extending series' always good.

Especially when your team is at home resting.
