If CoinPoker’s position is that both accounts showed activity in late May, then I need Security to explain exactly what they mean by β€œactive.” My position remains that the hedgehog18 account was closed BY SUPPORT UNDER MY DIRECTION BECAUSE I WAS DONE WITH THIS APP. DO NOT INSINUATE THAT BOTH ACCOUNTS WERE OPEN AND USEABLE AT THE SAME TIME.

What happened between 10am on 5/23 (th

Show me how you tracked β€œhim” and identified him owning those 2 accounts

Show me how you tracked "him" and identified him owning those 2 accounts

he gave the screennames. search screennames..see play history?

also hes ranting and raving about doing chargebacks, but hes still playing the last 2 days after claiming his account was locked? story doesnt check out

You must not play any online poker. Anyone who is half a$$ serious about poker knows the mtts are tracked online, this isn't a secret

What happen to the update that was supposed to come 6/18 to fix the hands so they would work with PT4 without needing a hand converter to display hud?

PT released an update themselves which people say works now, mostly. I don't use it personally though https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/view...

You still need the hand converters and for some converters the hud quits working if you update pt4

Great software, loving CoinPoker atm.

Couple of suggestions for player notes:

1. It's too easy to wipe player notes accidently - tapping the note seems to *select all* and if you type anything, that's it, all your player notes are gone for that player. I suggest:
- Removing any *select all* functionality
- An option to cancel the note if a change is unwanted.

2. Moveable box for player notes - its so hard to write notes and play at the same time as the box is stuck rigid in the middle of the screen covering the table. Make the box moveable, even outside of the table preferably.

3. Allow players to add notes on "hand replay screen" - Currently if an opponent just leaves after a hand, you cant write a player note. It would be nice to be able to watch the replay of the hand and be able to add a note using the replay screen. This is standard at GG, Pokerstars etc.

I mean I don't think either way is necessarily bad. If you are generating X amount and only taking little risk with a few buy ins (makes sense) then I guess it is worth it. My assumption was that now that they had "banned" US players they may not pay out. But you sound like you know what you are doing. It just gives them the right to seize your entire account at any time and if you are okay with that (sounds like you have thought it through) then that's a valid approach.

Use the Polygon network option when withdrawing USDT, that one is free

The fees are to cover gas fees and Fireblocks fees, but we offer one completely free withdrawal option, or two counting USDC on Polygon as well that's also free

excuse my ignorance but whats the difference between withdrawing USDT to ethereum for $5 or withdrawing to polygon for $0 when theyre both USDT? arent they the same thing? im guessing there must be some difference or everyone would just pick the free option? if anyone can advise that would be great, thanks

different networks

Has anyone successfully downloaded hand histories for past 30 days? If yes, how does it work with the desktop client interface?

by dragonrider m

different networks

yeh I understand theyre different networks but is there any benefit to withdrawing to ethereum over polygon is what im asking really? I dont understand why anyone would choose the eth and pay $5 so wondering what the reason would be, im a total amatuer when it comes to crypto as you can tell!

Click the small arrow thing next to the wallet in the lobby, click Game History, top right of the next screen should say download hands, click that so you can select your date/dates and then they get emailed to you

by Ice_W0lf m

so you can select your date/dates

My date selector doesn't work correctly.

I can only download one date, every time I try to set a start and end-date which are different, it defaults back to a single date. I'm wondering if I have an issue, or do others have the same problem?

That worked, thank you!

fwiw, support continuously led me to the wrong screen through six emails.

Some old hardware wallets and exchanges might only accept Ethereum network USDT, but yes there's not much of a reason.

From our end the fee is there because Ethereum gas fees, which we cover for the player, are much higher than Polygon ones.

Thanks I've passed these on to the devs

I'll let them know πŸ˜€ I did describe it properly ITT before

HHs are now available if you go to PokerIntel -> Game History.

Use the arrow button to the left of the cashier button to get to the PokerIntel area. Then in the top right after clicking 'Game History', click 'Download Hands'. Choose the date range and a file gets emailed to your registered email in around 5-10 mins. Screennames are anonymized in the HHs to prevent MDA.

Did the welcome bonus change from needing to pay 3x the rake to unlock it to 10x?

Did the welcome bonus change from needing to pay 3x the rake to unlock it to 10x?

Yes, the bonus page was updated here, if you're part way through an existing welcome bonus though it's still 3x
