Trying to avoid spoilers but cant find the video (missed the stream)? Did they delete it?

They took down the YT video but still have a link on X

I guess we know why Matt Savage is one of the best tourney directors. He's very good at being congenial. But we also know he's horrible at analyzing skill in poker.

That awkward moment you realize that of the whack pack, Pman would have been better suited being the one playing on the WPT stream last night and Trooper would have been better at editing Bobby James Poker's vlogs.

The irony is that for a decade Trooper made poker vlogs while still trying to obscure his lack of skill from the public eye, by never doing hand breakdowns or actually showing hands.

And then in one fell swoop he has undone all that hard work by going on a live stream. Showing us all what we already knew, by playing 100 hands under a microscope just about as foolishly as anyone ever could (considering the format)

Seeing Trooper reduced to a laughing stock publicly on a WPT livestream was absolutely priceless. Especially with the way Doug was ripping into him. Couldn't have scripted it any better!

Trooper will be absolutely kicking himself for succumbing to the dangled carrot of free money in exchange for his pride and what was left of his dignity.

Watched about 15 mins and Troooper not surprisingly sounded like an idiot.
Then he raised 65d, called a c/r on a 963 two diamond board, and folded to an offsuit 2 lmao.
That's enough for me to see.

How exactly would Savage have disallowed it? By waiting for Trooper to openly declare he was dumping chips and intervening then? He certainly allowed it on the last hand, where Trooper was clearly dumping chips.

Savage must have an intense dislike for RDP to declare Trooper the bigger man that night. Trooper whined more than the wined (drunk) fat chick.

I think he's referring to the 10k tip.

He must’ve thought that was a double down hand.

What if on the last hand, The Trooper, instead of going all in pre flop, left $50 behind. And then just folded to the first bet post flop? Would have Savage been able to step in and disallow that?

Mark Twain said it best:

"It's better to remain silent and appear a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"

Trooper removed all doubt last night.

I'm not sure even winning $20k would have been proper compensation for outing his true, unfiltered self las night.

I wonder if the 65 y/o' Trooper fan from Buttf**k Nebraska realized it.

trooper owned as expected

Savage wasnt addressing chip dumping to other players. Savage's reply post cut off the last part of Trooper's post where Trooper stated that toward the end when he saw that he wasnt going to end up above Ryan's chip stack, he could've just given the dealer his 10k stack as a tip to prevent Ryan from winning Trooper's stack. But Troop said he took the high road. That's what Savage replied to that he wouldn't have allowed. A pic of Trooper's complete X post that was cut off is in this thread's page before this page.

Expect a 10 minute video playing explaining how he didn't f*up and actually thought he'd get three-way action on a $5k push.

Which wont be nearly as entertaining as RDP's next video showing him and Boski blowing Trooper's money on a nice meal in Vegas.

by Steve00007

Trooper is worried about a terrible look with his enemy, but not worried about blowing much more than 10k of Lady Trooper's money with terribad candy business execution, and surely other ways too.

I have seen comments from 2 or 3 Trooper fans who think Trooper clearly won the verbal exchange because he was so aggressive and Ryan didn’t really come back at him with much. Ryan also looked upset and embarrassed.

Of course one argument against that is Trooper said some dumb stuff, like repeating his theory that his haters could be sex offenders because he came up with some weird info about one guy that put up some critical videos of him. Trooper kept calling Ryan a narcissist too.

Trooper kept saying Ryan was obsessed, but Trooper was the one looking like he had a major grudge against him.

I think there is a lot of stuff Ryan could have brought up that he didn’t (the most obvious is the weight loss challenge). He could have called Trooper out for trying too hard to look like a tough guy with his verbal aggression. It made Trooper look insecure and really dislikable.

Ryan was too nice at times and I think he even seemed to be trying to get Trooper to like him a few times (which made me cringe), but Trooper was clearly so angry that he was having none of that.

You could tell at one point that Trooper thought he beat Ryan up verbally. Trooper was telling Ryan he felt sorry for him. Ryan wasn’t quick on his feet and wasn’t as funny without a script, and he looked like a nicer person than Trooper.

But Trooper was so over the top with the nastiness. Some people would feel it’s beneath them to lower themselves down to that level.

He talks about taking the high road, being the bigger man and how he doesn’t like to **** people over.

It’s so ironic because Trooper looked so angry and was trying so hard to be flat out mean with his verbal aggression.

I remember at one point Trooper threatening Ryan when he made a comment like “Trust me you wouldn’t want to be my enemy.”

Yes and he also multiple times referred to Ryan as a narcissist and also alluded to him being on the spectrum or at least having ADHD.

I thought Ryan actually took the high road by not reacting to Trooper when he got personal. When Trooper was saying that Ryan will one day grow up it would have been all to easy to say "yeah hopefully I'll be nothing like you at your age" or something to that effect.

As it is, at 39, Ryan at least has a wife and a baby and a very successful YouTube channel. Meanwhile Trooper in his 50s has a significant other named Lady Trooper, as Doug hilariously pointed out. Trooper roams around casinos 12 hours a day doing AP slots. I wonder how many years he thinks he can do that for?

What the hell did i just watch? It was 6 fat people, ryan and the trooper.

I thought Lily Kiletto was going to be in the game with Trooper and Ryan. Instead they put that Cinnabon card rack from the Lodge in there.

Don't forget that Ryan's tourney game is so well thought of that DNegs backs him.

Trooper's tourney game is so well thought of that he sells 1.2x mark up to his fans so he can freeroll the WSOP main.

Found the origin of Trooper's beef with RDP (whom he doesn't know and never heard of and thinks is named Brian). Starts at 13:56. When I tried embedding the video, it shows as a dead link.

And this is the earlier video where Trooper first learns about RDP and implies RDP is a registered s*x offender:
