It's unfortunate that Tim doesn't seem to get that as fans of poker and Vegas generally, the vast majority of users here WANT to root for him. He is indeed the OG Vegas poker vlogger and his early enthusiasm was infectious. But he was also too hard headed and self-centered, making missteps constantly that turned people from would-be fans to detractors. I think, even today, if h

Insightful post. Somewhere on his journey Tim developed the belief that he should hide his trials and tribulations and especially his failures. It's at that point his compulsive lying started, since, let's face it, he faced a lot of hardships and failures. Once he had a certain number of viewers he seemed to believe that showing any weakness or failure would be bad for his brand, whereas the exact opposite is true. People aren't watching him because they want to only see successes - that gets boring. They're watching because they're picturing themselves in his shoes, living his rollercoaster and aspiring to have that same excitement in their own lives.

Trooper accomplished finding a great apartment with connected garage in a safe neighborhood. Trooper accomplished finding his safe and luxurious permanent address by finding Lady Trooper and not through any nomadic knowledge or techniques.

Trooper's main goal should be to avoid having Lady Trooper break up with him.

The broadcasted rival game apparently told the players to not speak about Trooper's slot advantage play and the blonde girl even started defending Trooper alleging that action pursuit doesn't mean advantage play and not to mention same as it could destroy the action pursuit despite Trooper providing no useful information by blurring all his videos.

Trooper provides no useful information, no entertaining dramatic content, and has taught nomads to find a sugar girlfriend instead of actually increasing nomadic knowledge such as the Duck and ELD have accomplished.

100 percent this[emoji457][emoji457]I started watching poker vlogs over a decade ago to root for somebody in their journey, and be entertained naturally when vloggers went on tilt or boiled over with life frustration. And to see them fight back. For example i loved the sthick and attitude all back at the Desert Manor days, when Trooper had a mission:to earn enough money to move int

The same with Pman as well. When he first started his goals and challenges thread, we all wanted him to succeed. Then he systematically ignored every piece of advice while putting in no work on his game nor even playing poker at all.

Back in the day, Trooper was my favorite poker vlogger. His Trooper Across America series in Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, etc. His poker trip to Austria. His trip to the Caribbean. His vlogs with Molly and Kelly, etc.

I am trying to pinpoint the moment Timmy jumped the shark. I have narrowed it down to one of the following:

1. Reneging on the weight loss bet to Poker Kraut.

2. The infamous 5/T Tuesday afternoon bloodbath at the Bellagio.

3. When he continuously refused to accept any free poker coaching..

Agree, but would add when he started hyping the 360 degree camera and then the failed GoGamble World website and podcast.

Trouble in Paradise. Urban Nomad reports the California nomadic method is in jeopardy since he lost his food stamps due to budget cuts pursuant to the beautiful bill and/or executive order prohibiting nomads. California nomads hopefully will not be rioting in the streets demanding beef hearts and white rice.

Agree with this, but it wasn’t just refusing poker coaching, it was his attitude about it. He was really offended by the idea that anyone would think he wasn’t a crusher and thought he was too good to get any coaching.

When people brought up good arguments for why it’s a good idea to get coaching (even elite athletes and top poker players have gotten coaching) he completely ignored that.

He also hates 2+2, even though people here would have loved to talk poker with him to help him improve.

Then he would cry when he kept losing. That’s one reason people wanted to help. They noticed him crying in the videos when he would struggle and because some people on 2+2 actually care about other humans (despite what Trooper says about the forum), they wanted to help him for free.

I also had a suspicion that despite all his silly bravado, he was scared to get a coach. If he worked with a coach, it would quickly become more obvious to him how much he sucked, and a coach would quickly notice how bad he is. When someone is a narcissist, the idea of getting exposed like that is terrifying to them.

Timmy proved last night beyond all doubt that he has been dead money in every event he has ever played. Anyone that ever bought pieces of him has done so either out of charity or extreme stupidity.

but nobody worked harder than him when he played the main event lmao

Pman is really really struggling in life. Got hired to produce vlogs for a high stakes Euro player. Said Euro is firing tournaments everyday. You would think these vlogs would get released daily or at least every few days, right?

The first WSOP vlog was released a week ago. Past two days, this guy has teased "new vlog tomorrow."

Narrator: There was not a new vlog tomorrow.

The new Bobby James video came out like 20 minutes ago.

So Bobby bought his cameraman Pman into the 400 Venetian and Pman goes Bust in two hours.

I’ve never seen anyone go bust in deep stack tournaments so fast than Pman.

Rdp should do a video with disproving all of the lies Trooper said.It was a tough watch. RDP clearly went in to break bread with Tim and leave with no beef.Tim is a giant narcissist who is too dumb to reason. He fails at literally everything but believes he is the smartest guy in the room. That 2 of the river was karma's way of slapping Tim in the face. The way he just sulked off

He implied that Ryan was possibly a sex offender, called him a racist, a narcissist, obsessed, autistic, stupid, and I’m probably forgetting something. Trooper was also loud, angry, and very condescending towards him. But other than that Trooper took the higher ground!

Trooper wouldn’t want to hear this but Neeme deserves credit for popularizing poker vlogging.

Trooper only had 5k subscribers when Neeme started despite having a head start of a few years. After Neeme started it really took off.

Trooper reminds me of some people who aren’t very logical with low iqs that try to make up dumb accusations and rumors against people. The more dramatic the better no matter low dumb or illogical the accusations sound, and it doesn’t matter if they lack evidence.

Trooper was trying to promote a weird theory that because he found out one guy had a bad past (I can’t even trust him on this accusation he is making), that it shows what kind of people his haters are and because RDP is an obsessed hater, he might be a sex offender too.

I wonder why Neeme and Brad don’t have a bunch of haters that are sex offenders.

Ryan could have just brought up the weight loss challenge to destroy his credibility. There is other stuff he could have mentioned too, but it would have made Trooper look dishonest if he tried to defend himself on that one.

Would have been funny to see Ryan try to find out if there’s any truth to the rumors that LT is paying the bills.

I wonder if there is any truth to the rumor Lady Trooper and Franz are hooking up behind Trooper's back?

Ryan bringing up Franz would have been entertaining. As Franz said, love will find a way.

by TheAlpha

She might be feeling lonely with the Trooper "working hard for 12 hours everyday".

When they're getting down, I bet The Franz asks her, "WHO'S your Action Slot Pursuer?"

It is so strange Trooper tries these character assassinations on anyone he doesn’t like because they just make the person seem more normal and Trooper weirder. He’s a 50 y/o childless (that we know of) guy in an odd relationship to a woman he isn’t married too.

Trooper is the weird one and he’s so bad at everything he does it is crazy, make some Italian jokes, say RDP and his wife are terrible at machines and will never be on his level, people like RDP pay his bills every month etc. etc. Trooper cannot even troll correctly, his incompetence is just astounding. There are literal ditch diggers more successful than Trooper, every time you think he’s going to improve he’s right back losing again.

What's even crazier is all the support Trooper and Diesel get from YouTube viewers/commenters.

i am not a fan of either of these 2 dudes but I am not sure why no one has brought up this other thread on here about RDP and Martin Zamani, where they had a disagreement about a hand in the Bahamas, and Zamani was so mad he threatened to expose RDP's bracelet win in a text exchange with RDP. Zamani posted their text exchange on X and RDP begged him not to out him.

Not sure if it was already mentioned here, but Trooper also went on at length about some guy who was kicked out of a poker room for "touching himself" under the table. That may be in Trooper's mind the s*x offender he seemed to conflate with Ryan in video from last year, or just some tangential thing about the player being one of his haterz. Either way his harping on this incident and the way he insisted on telling it was just odd.

I'm starting to feel bad for LT. She'd be better off if TheFranz was her alpha instead of Troopy.

Looking forward to RDP's video followup to the game. Pretty sure we won't hear from Troop about this for awhile - maybe never. I'm sure he wants to forget it ever happened.

LOL @Trooper replying in the Twitter thread. But he doesn't know Ryan's name or who he is and he doesn't care. Hahahahaha

I'm still laughing. Just hilarious.

Because he’s buried in makeup, living off sponsorship money and YouTube crumbs? That isn’t like a ghosting/MA scandal of yesteryear, RDP is barely more literate than Trooper and I assume tourney regs want middling dead money firing in all these tourneys, right?

He also made more in one day at poker on his stream than Trooper did for his entire decade or so career as a "poker pro" in Vegas.

And yea unlike Timmay, Depaulo actually was able to monetize his vlog into a sponsorship deal, backing from Dnegs etc. Timmay is dumb enough to brag about blowing first mover advantage as the OG poker vlogger.

To be clear I don't think Depaulo is very good at poker. He seems super nitty in both cash and tournaments. But he actually found a way to make a decent living from vlogging. Meanwhile Trooper was spinning his wheels in 1/2 nl forever and running around the strip making 20 dollar candy deliveries in 110 degree heat.
