I’ve just received the email. After checking with dozens of fellow players who were also wrongfully banned, we can confirm all accounts have now been reinstated.
We hope CoinPoker can avoid such large-scale wrongful account bans in the future. If similar issues do occur, we kindly ask for a faster resolution process. This incident dragged on for 18 days, which was quite a long wait. Nonetheless, we are glad with the final outcome. Thank you.

Thanks for posting your updates. Yes I've also been informed all these accounts have been reinstated.

I think this took a while as it was such a large group of players, and recently the playerpool on Coin has drastically increased as we've been marketing in lots of new markets - all these players seem to have been in Asia for example.

My account has finally been unblocked. Although the process took quite a long time, the outcome turned out positive in the end. I hope CoinPoker can speed up its handling process when mass account bans happen next time. Meanwhile, I wish CoinPoker continued prosperity with a growing number of active players online.

Update: my account has been unlocked a week ago and I received hundred dollars in compensation (not sure if it came from Coinpoker or agent), and the welcome bonus has been extended.

Easy to see how this happens these days, when I google search, it always asks me to verify I am not a bot and says "unusual activity detected from your IP address". Apparently my IP has somehow been mistakenly flagged as I never use any extensions, software of any kind or a VPN.

These sites are using crappy AI to operate various sectors of their platforms and this is what happens. One of the three sites I play on had major issues verifying players because their shite AI rubbish wasn't able to read documents properly.

At least this had a positive outcome for most of you.

Message to google, pay your ****ing taxes.

Totally same being accused using RTA since May 4th as id:Beenlebibi
I’ve been posting that CoinPoker has been banning my account even i have given my explanation that whats apps i’ve been using during gameplay and saying this might be an mistake but @Coin_poker just ignore my msg and reply to other players.

I wanted to share my experience here because this wave of false positive bans has hit me as well. I’ve been grinding low-stake MTTs on coinpoker, and my account was hit with the exact same issue back in May.

Ever since the ban, I have strongly and repeatedly denied using any prohibited software or RTA.

I have repeatedly reached out to their security team and offered my full cooperation with any investigation. Yet, all I got was the same generic template and complete silence afterward.

Seeing so many reputable players coming forward on 2+2 makes it clear that their automated system is heavily flawed.I believe CoinPoker needs to stop ghosting innocent players, acknowledge these false positives, and restart proper, human investigations into our accounts.

Please escalate this case to the relevant senior team and resolve it as soon as possible.

I've asked security to take another look at your cases @Daniel369369 and @Beenlebibi, and heard back that they will send you an email within 5 working days to explain and clarify your account status.
