In all the time they've been there I think I've seen them used maybe twice. They are objectively awful, I hate trying to retrieve cards when they get there. That being said thankfully they are smart enough to have regular tables at the 5/10 and bigger games. But for the rest of us peasants we have to suffer with these awful things.

I've seen some regs that put something there to cover it. I might do that too except I try not to do anything to draw attention to the fact that I play there regularly. Kind of tough when all the runners and dealers refer to me by name though.

I wanted to make this into a short but apparently it has to be in a certain aspect ratio and I don't know what the eff I'm doing.

I'm here at the burbank airport bout to fly to Vegas. I got visions and dreams of making a deep run. I'm going to try my best and try my best to remain stoic about the outcome.

Feels amazing to be in Vegas. Last time I drove my van here and slept in it like a loser. Or an extreme cheapskate. This time I'm staying at treasure island right on the strip and I flew from burbank airport instead of driving. I did take the city bus from the airport and walked a mile to my hotel cause I can't help myself I guess.

I'm really enjoying being here. Gonna walk up and down the strip a bit and people watch.

Tomorrow is going to be fun, I'm gonna get there early and register. Yesterday I played at the Wynn and this gorgeous Russian woman was being very friendly with me. She whispered in my ear and was putting her head on my bicep to peek at my cards with me. People at the other end of the table accused us of being a couple and I said "no, she's my sister!". It always unnerves me when I start thinking a beautiful woman may be flirting with me. I don't know how to act. Here's a hand I played vs her yesterday.

I think I realize something about that trips fold, I think it's too high level to be interesting to most people. Having friends and coworkers who are casually into poker gives me an idea as to the level of an average rec. It's just not a lot of big picture thinking. People can't fathom folding trips. That being said I'll still just make whatever I find interesting.
