Seemingly it was Trooper's strategy tot to get involved in any aggressive preflop action but rather rely on his superior hand reading abilities and post flop skills to out maneuver his opponents LMAO

The only hand reading abilities mouth Pooper has is reading what hand he has.

His strategy was the equivalent of a dumb boxer deciding not to punch to outlast an opponent in hopes that the opponent tires himself out.

Ok, Trooper’s 5 minutes are up. Can we get TBC on this Rival’s show against like any black poker player or Bart Hanson? TBC has to take a break to play VBJ, him constantly talking about his very weird dreams, it would be great streaming.

Or rivals Abby Poker vs Rubric Rice just to see Rice's meltdown video.

Wow deleted his Action channel. Trooper is suddenly scared of the IRS after not filing for a decade.

Do u think he really regrets playing in the livestream? Lol

While that may be part of the consideration, I believe the primary reason which he would never admit is the fact by stopping new vlogs after the latest, and taking down his Action Pursuit channel, at least temporarily, it denies Ryan future Trooper Moment material once he works through WPT show bits. The ongoing embarrassment RDP Trooper Moment clips will fade for most viewers over time.

Pepperidge Farm and 2 + 2 will continue to remember.

Can’t remember if anyone noted this here, but Herbs & Rye at the same table when Martin Kabrhel thought he won but busted out vs. a higher straight (@ the 10:50 mark of Ryan’s video).

Loved how RDP twisted the knife in possibly the final Trooper Moment.

Yes. The doors open, Franz.

That was nice of trooper gifting rdp 25k. He's a true blue super duper great guy . He really should pay his taxes on his action pursuit slot play though.

Herbs & Rye won that hand that knocked out Kabrhel. He had AA87

Trooper plays slots in a way that maximizes the amount of w2gs he gets, he also has some rather large hits, YouTube videos or not he’s going to have to pay taxes. Usually in a chop the person that takes the handpay gets more of a cut to cover taxes but that is not always the case and there’s a good chance taking these handpays while chopping has increased Trooper’s tax liability by a lot.

The other problem is that Trooper doesn’t seem to ever play games where you have a good win rate and low chance of generating a w2g. A bulk of his winnings are going to be handpays and his tax bill is going to sting, it will probably be higher than what he made in any one year over the last several years. We told Trooper to play tighter and learn more games but he didn’t listen. Playing these big $50+ link “plays” can leave you with both a 5 figure loss and 5 figures in w2gs on one play. He thought he had better numbers than everyone else but turns out he’s just going to have a fatter tax bill.

ELD appears today in the new address and the entire video is filmed in the new address.

ELD explains his wall hangers and various details from work.

So is Trooper just going to pretend like his Action Pursuit channel never existed? I have to think he'll address it in a video. Can't wait to hear what rationalization he invents.

InsideAI channel uses an AI to book a hotel room and the AI somehow determines that for a single person the two bed room is superior to the one bed room.

He really was acting like Ryan knew about him hustling slots and it was something he didn't want publicly known. Meanwhile he vlogs about it. All time clown stuff.

My first gut feeling is that Trooper deleted his slots channel due to not filing taxes for like how long? Its likely he havent filed a single dollar since moving to Vegas 10 years (give or take),he is in a world of hurt if they decide to investigate his tax payments or lack of payments i should say.

7 well documented years, I believe, especially in Troop's case.

I would have expected he earned a W-{2,4?} from his work at Westgate?

The IRS isn't going after brokies who maybe made 10-20k a year that's hard for them to even find.

For this year he might get himself in some **** with all of the w2gs

He has had off and on periods where he generated W-2s during his decade plus in Vegas. Waiter, poker dealing, likely on the rake back from Westgate and definitely the Action Pursuit Jackpots the past year plus. In the past his gross wasn't big enough for the IRS to even look at unless they suspected fraud / or greater than 25% under reporting of gross income, which extends their audit period to six years (fraud has no statute of limitations).

Bob Dancer and others wrote about the advice they received from CPAs regarding the sustained ability to use the session method, which is netting amounts within each individual casino session, so income can be much smaller than an issued W-2. Not sure how that will work with the 90% threshold. In either event, there will be a lot more scrutiny over his Advantage Play income versus the much smaller amounts reported to IRS pre action pursuit.

I think he is going to ignore the issue. Anyone that asks about it probably gets ignored or gets the comment deleted or gets banned.

That’s how he handles things sometimes. He pretends they didn’t happen.

by dukeandduke

While that may be part of the consideration,

I think you’re right. Trooper was clearly very upset about Ryan making fun of his videos, even though Trooper was trying to pretend he almost never watched any of them. Now that the channel is down Ryan won’t have as much content to make fun of.

And if anyone asks about the channel in person, Trooper can play dumb just like he did at Palms and say he doesn’t know what the person was talking about (Ryan still has clips from the channel in his videos though).

If he actually got w2s from Westgate he's beyond braindead as he'd owe next to nothing in taxes. He's dumb but I doubt he's that dumb. Same with waitering. He's gonna file whatever is on the tax forms, not claim cash tips and owe nothing or next to nothing.

Now these big slot plays are going to cause a real problem for him.

I thought based on discussions here he would get $300-$500 for each hosted Trooper Thursday, at least when they had multiple tables before he ended up killing it after his feud with the ever growing enemies list (Mike and the Feather) plus him basically shutting down his poker channel when he transitioned to Advantage Play. Would be worth taking the 1099 for that level of income, and much of it would fall below his standard deduction amount, assuming he reported little to no other income beyond the Westgate.

Perhaps the coffee and t-shirt companies issued a 1099 for the net proceeds over the years, but again, not major amounts like the numerous Advantage Play generated W-2s. Guessing Lady Trooper was responsible for filing all the taxes related to the candy business he destroyed.

I remember working at the track going to HS and College low income people would declare / sign the paperwork for a percentage of the over $600 to 1 payouts. Higher income folks were able to avoid paying a higher rate on their gambling W-2s (plus there are no loss deductions in Illinois - you pay the income tax rate on the gross amount here for state income tax). With slot W-2s, between the surveillance and timing, would be hard to shift W-2s to other teammates names like people did at the track.

what about all the YouTube money he earned over the years before he torched his channel. Wouldn't surprise me if Trooper never paid a cent of tax on anything other than his brief job as dealer and a waiter.

And now all of a sudden he's going into panic stations because of a stupid livestream where he did nothing but make a fool of himself lol

The Wack Pack is the comedy gift that keeps on giving. Just when I thought Rice had the Wack Packer of the Year locked, Trooper tells us, "Hold my comped coffee".

It makes laugh when I remember Trooper asking RDP, "Have u seen the huge poker vlogger thread on 2+2?" I didn't know that his follow-up comment could've been, "Well I'm going to give it a ton of roast-worthy material after this game is over".

With slot W-2s,

Back in the day at the dog track, if I hit over $600 or whatever the number was that generated tax form, I would just find a 65+ guy nearby and offer him $50, etc depending on how big to cash it in. Back then there was nothing generated if 65+
