Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?
I'm on desktop, have an account, am logged in, and whenever I attempt to open a table I get the "you are outside of NV" pop up and it won't let me.
That's unfortunate. I figured since players outside of those states could create accounts/deposit/etc. that they would also be able to rail games.
I stopped getting them too. They just keep taking benefits away. Just like the 4 free drinks/day for Diamond used to include Starbucks. Now, it's only for Seven Stars. Smh.
I went from DE with drink vouchers taken away then when I became 7 stars they still didn't give me those. They said they aren't making money off me since I primarily just play poker.

Does anyone have a solution for constant crashing of the WSOP PC Desktop Poker Client? I will undoubtedly crash if I open more than 4+ tables (MTTs) and also suffer random crashes with only 2-3 tables open as well. I will then reopen poker client, all the tables will load at once, and it'll stall out and crash again, rinse repeat.
Do these problems happen on a MACbook and/or MAC Mini? Any work arounds would be appreciated! Thank you!

Uninstall and reinstall?
I would keep animations off, helped solve most of my crashing issues.

I only had the alerts on for a while, but it got to a point where those were causing my pc to lag pretty heavily. I usually throw some Sabaton or Kamelot on while I play. That's my go to grind music XD.
Wondering if anyone else has run into this sort of issue. I initiated a withdrawal (Cash at Cage) and received a link in order to verify my debit card which was used to fund my initial buy-in. I clicked the link, yet the log in page will not accept my username/password. I've even changed my password through the actual WSOP client and it still won't work on the VERIFY page. I've
1.Log in to the computer client & click deposit at top right or the deposit icon near your balance and you will be automatically logged in to the cashier and reach the deposit screen in a browser. Go to the "VERIFY ID" on the left side and upload.

2. Call phone support. Other than the New Year, New Bankroll Bonus, I had great success getting an email response within a week and sometimes the next day about whatever I talked to the phone representative about.
Phone support is always way better than email for wsop. Also if you are in Vegas, they have their best people working wsop, if you go to the wsop room they will help you with anything.
Not sure if you guys have had this issue. But I'm unable to see hole cards when an opponent attempts to show after a hand is over. For example, I fold, he goes to show. The animation starts to flip the cards and I'm unable to see them. Like it tries to show at the last second then nothing and on to the next hand. I could tell it's the beginning of the animation to show a bluff/hand then nothing.
Anyone else have this? If so, any solution? Turn off certain animation? I already emailed support, but their only solution was to uninstall and reinstall, which I did. No help.

Does anyone know when the ceasers credits arrive. It says second week of the following month which it is now and still not had any. Can anyone who normally gets them confirm if theyve recieved theres for this month yet or not

I got mine on like the 2nd or 3rd this month. If last month was your first month you may need to contact support to make sure your account is linked to give tier credits. You may even need to contact gaming to get WSOP to add your earned tier credits at first. That said, they are supposed to post after two weeks so you may need to wait until the 15th for support to even do anything.
