Placing prop bets on his own team, yeah. I mean surely you can understand how problematic that is as opposed to merely “placing bets” come on.
Of course it's wrong for a player to gamble on his own games. How wrong is it? The crowd has completely lost proportionality. For example, the UF AD said it was an "unpardonable sin." I think we could find a few things worse in the history of University of Florida football.
