afaiu military budgets include retirement and healthcare benefits for soldiers, but idk the proportion for our status quo
thing with US mil is that we are ****ing everywhere. if we concentrated everything on any one spot it would not be a spot anymore, but because of our hundred years of global positioning we cannot do that.
