GGPoker Winning NL500/NL1000 Reg Banned for "RTA"

How is data mining defined?
Data mining is defined as any action that results in the collection of hand histories that are not a player's own. The platform maintains a strict environment to ensure that game data is used exclusively for legitimate, personal analysis.
Which actions are strictly prohibited?
To ensure game integrity and a fair ecosystem, the following activities are prohibited:
Third-party tools: Players are prohibited from using any third-party software to import or convert hand histories directly from the poker tables or via PokerCraft.
Data sharing: Players may not grant any other party direct or indirect access to their PokerCraft data.
External distribution: Sharing personal hand histories or private game results with other people or platforms violates the guidelines, regardless of the player's intent or the purpose of the sharing.
You can see literally everyone that uses GTOWizard or any simialr service to upload and analyze hands is breaking rules. Is importing hands into tracker allowed based on this rules?
Probably everyone break some rules, but they decide for which players they enforce them.

You tell me who didnt do this for 1 hand minimum? So everyone can be banned according to this rules.
It's in their interest rules are so wide and can be interpreted as per needed.
Its like putting sign next to normal road that cars are illegal on this road.
And then profile people driving by and enforce it to specific group and send them to jail.
And then defend this actions, because rules are clear and they broke them.
I personally see issue in practices like that.
But normal roads are made for people to use cars on. GGpoker isnt made for players to use smarthand or gtowizard on.
If they are banning winners caught using smarthand but not losers caught using smarthand that'll be an issue. But I have a feeling most of the players using smarthand are winners so that wont separate the herd.
But we dont know that is happening, its all speculation. In fact, we dont even know how they tipped off the RTA-check and if its true or a false-positive. We can just try to figure it out but as long as GG is Johnny Tightlips its all speculation.
Can you also read or just post whole days on 2+2? Not even talked about any of these tools.
Uploading hands in ANY tools at ANY time is against their T&C if you read it.
So only legit way is to analyze HH in notepad. The way whole T&C is writen, everyone break some rules.
It definitely shows there is plenty of ambiguity in the terms, and it is probably meant to be this way to allow them to operate the way they want to.
Everyone must proceed with caution it seems, and certainly banking C$ is not a good idea. Unfortunately banking gems is necessary to get decent rewards.
