This was very helpful for me last season so here we go again!
Last years OP:
We're less than a week away from the season starting, so let's get a pick my lineup thread going. Some useful guidelines I would suggest:
- If you're asking a question, it'd be nice if you gave answers on someone else's question at the same time. Thread works better when there's more feedback all around
- Please list the opposing team for your players, and if pertinent, timings of games. Matchups matter, as do timings - it is not unusual to have something where you're asking two out of three playe

If CMC plays, I know I'm not playing Metcalf, but I'm not sure between Dobbins and Etienne.
Etienne is the better back, but Dobbins has the better gamescript as a 6p fav. I also trust Jim Harbaugh to run more than Jacksonville. You could really flip a coin on this.

I also felt it was just one giant toss up.
But I think Mason (if he plays) and Conner gets me more than half way there on the decision.

Don't feel shaky on Cook. TNF sees a lot of rushing volume because of short weeks. Add that the WR weapons are novices for Buffalo and he could get the rock 20 times in a paced-up game.

Yeah, I think this is a spot to not start a QB. Wild before bye weeks, but probably true.
No. Short benches in a 12 team, start 10 league equals not much depth.
I have Mattison, Warren, McMillian, Willis, and Iosivas on my bench currently, with Jones as the superflex.
Then, I think it's Jones. Ugly, but the Commanders gave up tons of big plays last season, IIRC, and aren't projected to be good this season on D.
I'll go against the grain and say Willis. Yes, Willis. The pros love GB this week and there a lot of good weapons on that offense.

I'd go with the GOAT Montgomery and that Detroit OL (not to mention a 51.5 total) over the Titans, although Pollard looked good. Granted it'll be probably be a Gibbs game but still Monty should usually see a fair amount of GL work. Campbell loves him.
I like Flowers and Godwin. ZF was close to a real nice game in week 1. Lamar won't miss him twice again. Tampa should be down for most of the game, which should lead to a lot of passing.

Thing about Montgomery is that there's ball-sharing going on, but he's a big favorite at home, whereas Pollard is a risk to outright lose the job every week.
Seems like a pretty slim chance Spears overtakes a healthy Pollard, especially after last week.
It’s amazing how Monty always gets there. Dude constantly backdoors lol. I think Gibbs takes more and more as the season progresses. Monty’s a fine bet as a favorite. But Pollard has more upside, and possibly has a better floor too.
Where are people ranking Charbonnet if Walker is out like I expect him to be?

Likely vs Pickens in 1.5tep (have Andrews, Lamar, and Henry from Bal starting as well. It’s a dynasty league)
AJB questionable for MNF with hamstring. Siranni claims it was precautionary and just tightness. Non ppr:

Start brown with allgier or Dotson as a backup plan
