2026-06-11.
Wt: 163.8 lbs. only slept 6h again, so extra water in me. Gonna sleep extra long tonight and see if I can get down to mid 162s.
Chest day today

Water 1 gal: failed. Stopped at 2l. Added G-Zero powder electrolytes to my water now.
Yesterday's steps 29,926 failed

May not post tomorrow. Busy packing/last minute stuff.

Wt: 162.4 lbs. Lowest in 32 Years.
slept 7h got up for 30 minutes to make stock trade instructions, then went back to sleep for an extra 2h
Did not weigh myself immediately. Got on the Treadmill and did 14k steps 2.5h, took two more pees..
then weighed myself 12h after my last liquid intake, instead of the usual 8-9h. 1lb of that low is just extra water.

Water: Stopped at 2l. Added G-Zero powder electrolytes to my water now.

Day 4 of Trip Visiting Chania (Souda) Crete June 17, 2026
Internet has been sketchy so I haven't posted in a while.
I am on Track for steps.
Did not do other exercise on Day 1-2-3. Day 4 Swam at 6:30am as soon as the pool opens, when nobody is awake

Day 5 of Trip Visiting Ephesus Turkey June 18, 2026
Visited the ruins of Ephesus, where the Temple of Artemis (one of the 7 ancient Wonders) is located.
Gym Day. Squats and hanging from a bar.
Ship has guided exercise at pool deck maybe 2x per day.



Coffee, eggs, bacon and a pineapple wedge for breakfast

I pretty much stuck to the plan.
I will give an update at the end of all the trip photos with a summary of my exercise,
general food consumption, when and where I failed and my post trip weigh in.


June 20, Istanbul Turkyie
Yesterday and today visited
Hagia Sophia,
Basilica Cistern, (water reservoir where several movies where shot)
Spice Market and Grand Bazaar

Breakfast Egg White omelette, smoked salmon, bacon, pineapple slice, and grapefruit



Packed some pastries for outing (no lunch planned)



Dinner is some kind of spinach salad with goat cheese and beets, and Lamb Kebab





I do not have any photos of a dessert so I must have had some buffet dissert (no photo)


June 21, Father's Day. Day at sea

Breakfast, Egg white spinach bake, with mushrooms and a danish and Coffee



High Protein Lunch. Diet Coke: Fried Chicken on top of ham slices, Pork Ribs over a slice of turkey,
Slice of roast beef + horseradish sauce, some sort of beef, 2 Meatballs spicey potato wedges and a typical dessert.



Dinner is French Onion Soup, Sparkling Water, Beef tenderloin? over veg and mashed potato, and some random dessert.







Father's Day Desert Buffet being set up. (I had none)



June 21 Continued
Every At sea day I swam in the pool at 6:30am as soon as it opens.
Crew take net off and remove the water cleaning equip.
