119kg to below 96kg within 3 months (before September)
I'm a 39yo man.
1,98m tall, 119kg bw, skinny fat, with left over muscles from oly-turding until about 3 years ago...
This is not a goal, but simply my way to proceed.
I've been in the French Foreign Legion, hence why failure is not an opition. The question is not if i'll make it, but only how i get there...
Current stats:
- 16 clean push ups, nose to ground
- 4 clean pull ups, and 6 clean chin ups
- hardly able to walk stairs to 7th floor
Measurements:
- Intensify my 4-min workouts during MTT breaks
- Take daily 1 hour walks on empty stomach through forest, to do daily chin ups
- DGAF, first of all
- Diet
Diet:
I only eat beef, eggs, fish, pork n cheese, snack on cashew nuts and blueberrys, and stuff as much broccoli inside of me, as i can.
I'll call my Diet "6:1 intermediate spazzing", because on each monday, i'll drink two energy drinks, visit friends, smoke weed (legal here, since April), drink a sixpack, and hit the local bar to arrouse some MILFs.
Free coachings for all of you, same as "before and after" photos will be delivered.
If there are any questions, feel free to ask.
If you wanna bet against me at 3:1 in my favor,... Feel free to tell me right here, right now!
Max action - and i'm providing proof ITT - is at my 75€ vs your 225€ over PayPal, only. I dont need your money, but i'll take it.
Bet starts with photos on first of June.
Your word/post is good for up to 25€, if you have a running thread in this sub-forum, for more than a year.
Will you watch +20 hours of his videos on youtube, where he doesnt mention stem cells once, to educate yourself on nutrition?
I clicked your link to Instagram, which is only pictures?
I saw several pictures regarding stem cells. Yes, i acknowledge that and agree with you, regarding his Instagram presence. Didnt know that before.
Will you acknowledge that you dont have a single argument against a single claim he made on youtube (or i made on here) ?
An Interview from the great and likeable Dr Eric Berg with Dr Chris Knobbe, called "the worst ingriedient in the world" (seed oils):
To NotTjremp’s point, you do understand that you are obese right now, right? So thinking you have this huge secret and the rest of the diet and fitness experts and opinion formers are spinning some huge farcical long con is somewhat ironic
And resorting to massive fasts and unrealistically restrictive diets can help lose weight in the short term but are unsustainable for all but the people who construct their entire life around their bodies which….it does not seem you have been able to do or are capable of
So yep, sure …you should feel great when you show some pic of you down to 22% body fat at the end of a 48 hour fast or Sth like when skinny Oprah waves her fat jeans from 9 months earlier.
But the smart money is on you having to do the same thing 36 months later after your will power broke from your chicken breast and sour cream diet and you revert back to morbid obesity again
I only eat red meat. Neither chicken, nor sour cream. Red meat is way more nutritious.
Im tired of delivering facts after facts that get ignored without a single counter-argument, and will go for the "Put Up, or Shut Up" way for this thread, from now on.
No more words, and no more links. (Except when someone has a serious question)
Next post will be a photo on August 31st, with me in between 95-99.9kg.
I tell you in advance, all it needs is a species appropriate diet, walking a lot, exercising a little bit, plus (in my case) some muscle memory. I take zero supplements, neither legal nor illegal.
And as a follow up, i'll upload a photo each 6 months for a few years, for you clowns who motivated me with your ignorance. I was in top form more than 90% of my life, and will be again at the end of next month, simple as that.
Adios amigos
Before you go, can you tell us your opinion on tallow and organ meats?
I always use butter-lard (beef) to cook. I guess that's what you mean? Translater didnt help.
It's the optimal choice. Even my top fit 91yo grandma is using it exclusively.
I have no strong opinion about organ meats, because i never ate them regularly. I know that liver in small amounts is extremly healthy, and many carnivores add liver, or liver capsules (beef, ofc) to their diets. ~100-120g per week is optimal, iirc. Some prefer once a week, and the OCD folks and those who hate the taste ofc buy the over-prized capsules to get the exact daily amount on every single day...
Personally, i dont need liver or organs for vitamines and minerals, because i added bell peppers and garlic to my carnivore foods (plus an apple and/or 62.5g berries, and 30-40g walnuts and/or macadamia nuts when im not trying to lose weight fast). My extended research resulted in those additions for max upsides, and min downsides.

No. I'm not going to watch a video by a guy who shills some powder claiming it rejuvenates your body. Much less 20 hours of it.
As anklebreaker once said "A claim can be refuted by as much evidence as was used to support it". So I don't really feel the need to refute your claims about seed oils, etc. There is literally no evidence that the consumption of these in normal, healthy amounts does anything.
As an aside, I'm glad you're big mad and losing weight. I hope you keep it off. I genuinely wish for people to be healthier and look better. (Fat people are kinda gross.)

Fat, cut
Nice! keep at it. I am rooting for you!
well done and I hope you keep it off
+1, keep it up
I'll go for a final hardcore 4-week cut to get down to the actual 96kg i intended to go for when i started this thread, before September starts.
No more fruits, and aside of Sundays, zero days off.
Two cheat days with potatoes from grandma, only, this month.
3x pull ups, dips, DB rowing and push ups, and 3x lateral delts, neck, and light leg- and abs-workout per week.
Only eating 400g Beef, 5 eggs, 200g fish, 100g cheese, and a bit of bell peppers and garlic each day.
My muscle memory will surely allow for some striations in chest and delts, as well as at least slightly visible abs.
Was there an outside motivation, besides the bet for the 96kg goal by Sept? ie. a wedding to attend or a high school reunion?
No. Solely intrinsic motivation.
Last month was my 40th birthday, but nothing special in September.
I strained something in my right biceps. Nothing too bad, but cant do back and biceps exercises now.
Am just going for push and lower body 2er split, until my biceps feels better.
Found a great offer of frozen berries mix, just 2€ for 300g. Bought ten packages yesterday, and will get six more now, as much as i can fit in my freezer.
Space is limited, tho, cause ribeye steaks are on offer for 24,95€ per kilo, too, and i already bought 6kg today (15 Steaks).
Will most likely be below 100kg tomorrow.
Dont feel all that well at the moment, hence why i'll likely add back fruits (berries) and nuts (macadamia) when i weighted in below 100kg tomorrow to win my bets.
Likely going for two days per week with fruits and nuts, and skip them on the other five days, until end of August.
You could start at 3:13, if you lack time:
Broken YouTube LinkYou do realize he's repeatedly lying about his supposed "facts".
Let's take his view on historical heart disease.

Also, his timeline on Alzheimer's is completely wrong.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alzheimer%...
Why do you repeatedly post this horse ****?
Oh, i must admit that i didnt fact check that. Guess imma bit biased.
Maybe because it cured me from all my addictions (alcohol, weed, cigarettes and sugar), while allowing me to lose 20kg in 2 months, and build a little bit of muscle mass, simultaniously... And of course i feel a lot better now, mentally too.
Edit:
Egyptians already had agricultur, or not?
Tell me how they processed their grains, please...
Regarding Alzheimer, he was 4 years off... That's completely wrong?
What about the biggest killers, cancer and obesity?
And mental health, which is the most important thing (imo) ?
They found plaques in artherias of 3500 years old ancient egypt mummies, and some english women from 1500 smth or so, and "GUESS" they died from heart attacks... Is that a documented case? Do WE call that a fact?
No, of course not!
You failed on both points you tried to make.
Congrats, thremp.
Did you even watch the video? Or are you just making weird ever shifting claims about a meat based diet instead of the actual claims that clown made?
