119kg to below 96kg within 3 months (before September)

119kg to below 96kg within 3 months (before September)

I'm a 39yo man.
1,98m tall, 119kg bw, skinny fat, with left over muscles from oly-turding until about 3 years ago...

This is not a goal, but simply my way to proceed.

I've been in the French Foreign Legion, hence why failure is not an opition. The question is not if i'll make it, but only how i get there...

Current stats:
- 16 clean push ups, nose to ground
- 4 clean pull ups, and 6 clean chin ups
- hardly able to walk stairs to 7th floor

Measurements:
- Intensify my 4-min workouts during MTT breaks
- Take daily 1 hour walks on empty stomach through forest, to do daily chin ups
- DGAF, first of all
- Diet

Diet:

I only eat beef, eggs, fish, pork n cheese, snack on cashew nuts and blueberrys, and stuff as much broccoli inside of me, as i can.

I'll call my Diet "6:1 intermediate spazzing", because on each monday, i'll drink two energy drinks, visit friends, smoke weed (legal here, since April), drink a sixpack, and hit the local bar to arrouse some MILFs.

Free coachings for all of you, same as "before and after" photos will be delivered.

If there are any questions, feel free to ask.

If you wanna bet against me at 3:1 in my favor,... Feel free to tell me right here, right now!

Max action - and i'm providing proof ITT - is at my 75€ vs your 225€ over PayPal, only. I dont need your money, but i'll take it.

Bet starts with photos on first of June.
Your word/post is good for up to 25€, if you have a running thread in this sub-forum, for more than a year.

- You forgot that the bet is a wash, even if you win your part, but i lose 2kg eating 1000 calories above my guessed daily maintenance?
- I told you the 2+2 nickname of my backer, not his name.
- I didnt know you run ultras, and still dont believe it. I think you just wanted to support your uneducated opinion that you need to eat carbs for anything in life.
- Okay... At least 13% bodyfat. Last word.
- If you dont want the bet, i'd strongly prefer to not communicate with you anymore
- My escrow, or you finally stfu and gtfo here

@Soulman

I get a little bit of stomach ache from cashew nuts, and big amounts of raw cherry tomatoes, too. Tho, it's way less bad than with those i mentioned above. But i was able to add all other nuts and raw bell peppers again, and feel perfectly fine.

muscle ups, double unders, thrusters. 3 things I knew I would never ever do again the moment I quit crossfit.

Yeah, i always thought muscle ups have a "Look mom, freehand!" sort of quality. Same as 100kg frontsquats, i never did them again after i managed one rep once.

Broccoli, brussel sprouts and cabbage pretty commonly cause intestinal distress, especially if you have IBS of various degrees. Luckily there's more awareness now than when we were young. What other foods do you react to?

I kinda struggle with this. Do people really just eat a bunch of stuff that gives them the shits/gas and are like "**** if I know how to fix this? Or they don't like think critically about their diets... ever?

Obv as an autist this is completely absurd to me. But maybe you interact with more normies.

Yeah, i always thought muscle ups have a "Look mom, freehand!" sort of quality. Same as 100kg frontsquats, i never did them again after i managed one rep once.

Front squats are a pretty staple lift. Especially to balance heavy posterior loaded training plans.

Muscle ups are obviously just to show off what you can do rather than the actual activities that built that capability. Thruster is the same derpy combo move.

When i ate broccoli daily, i had zero issues. Only after not eating it for a while, and then trying to add it into my diet again, i got big issues.

Ofc frontsquats are a great exercise. I just meant that i got it off of my bucket list. I'll soon get a 60kg barbell for frontsquats and SLDL, but not go heavier than that.

Oh, yes, I forgot how eating 1000 calories over TDEE will cause you to lose weight because the carnivore diet is magic.

Yes, by name, I meant screenname. How is this not obvious?

- I didnt know you run ultras, and still dont believe it. I think you just wanted to support your uneducated opinion that you need to eat carbs for anything in life.

If you didn't know I run ultras, how can you still not believe it? You found out in the thread and acknowledged it by saying you don't believe it, and then came up with the bodyfat stipulation, heh.

Yeah, I'm not going to send $100K to a punk friend of yours, lmao, especially when you clearly stated that you don't have $100K even after you sell off all your assets and rescinded the offer.

But okay, this is your H&F log and we can pretend that I'm the one turning down the bet when I can't even meet your bodyfat requirements and you can't meet the cash requirements or use a lawyer for escrow.

So cool, as per H&F rules, I will not post again here and we'll let thremp rip you on your bullshit, but he's far less nice that I am. Good luck with your fitness goals.

My punk friend is a multi-millionar with a flawless reputation, not only on 2+2, but also in the crypto and general investing world.
How is it not obvious to you, that name doesnt mean 2+2 nickname... Get a real life, bro.

You are absolutely dense, dude. Your last 50 or so posts were exclusively in my threads, and now that i can match your action not only for 75k, but as much as you want, you dont wanna go to 13% bodyfat for it... Yeah right...

You are on my ignore list now, you lieing, stalking, starving fruit loop.
Go find some other content to fill your voids, or just eat a few kilos of fruits and veggies, and run the Route 66, but leave me the **** alone.

Biceps feels good again.

Pull ups 6x
Dips 11x
Chin ups 9x
Dips 9x

Not doing the rest of the work-out, because i'll be playing basketball outside today.
Easy 2 vs 2 half court with other semi-fit dudes, hence not too intense regarding cardio.

Been sweating a lot on the court today, took a shower when i got home, skipped dinner, and headed to one of the two friends i've had a weight loss bet with.

With shorts instead of jeans, i weighted in at 99.63kg to take it down (below 100kg before September). He offered me a single malt to celebrate, but i opted for a water.

About an hour later, i went to collect the second hundo from an other friend. He offered me a beer, but i opted for a water...

(I'm contemplating to have a drink again, every now and then, when WCOOP is over in October...)

Im not going to cut down another 4kg this month, and instead of that open a new thread.

No need for another photo with just ~2kg difference to the last one.

Mission accomplished!

I think it's partly due that it can be a moving target. You might have no issues when you're a young, then something creeps in when you get older, maybe subtle at first. There's a lot of variation in what people react to, so it's not easily googleable (jk, it's pretty easy). Etc.

I don't think it should be a huge surprise that a lot of normies aren't thinking critically about their diets?

Yeah, this is definitely true. I've started to be more sensitive to fermented cabbage items as I've gotten older, but it seemed pretty trivial to just put less kimchi in the bowl or be reasonable about how much sauerkraut I can eat so I don't piss out of my ass.

And yeah, the mind of the normie is an enigma.
