Skenes looked ready to take on the Aliens.

The Pirates might not win 70 games.

The Tigers might not win 80 games.

Solid day of doing nothing but taking in baseball content.

I've been songwriting all morning with my buddy Jay.

My fingers are sluggish today, but I can still articulate a melody just enough for Jay to find it workable.

I'm really terrible at songwriting, and coming up with original songs.

Usually I borrow something established and modify it.
This may change in the future.

I am elite at inventing little exercises that when executed repeatedly makes me a better player.

I am pretty good at covering most songs that aren't diabolical.

I wish tweets would just effing load.

Then again, I'm on a free to use platform.

I shouldn't complain.

Playing live poker tonight.

Everytime I doxx myself, I lose.

**** it, let's lose big tonight.

The blog could use a lot more David Bowie and a bit less of me.

Booing Juan Soto is an admission of hating baseball.

We try so hard to lock away the pain.
Can we put the past away? Take a chance on each other
We had it all- a moment in the sun
After all that's said and done, I still want you but I gotta go

always
I will love you always,
we'll find each other always,
I'm behind you always
(Cause I'm still holding on)

Am I a fool?
For living in the memories
Rainy days spent watching time slip through my fingertips
And I'll pull away- I tell myself it's better
Maybe now is not our time to be, but I can't deny that

always
I will love you always,
we'll find each other always,
I'm behind you always
(Cause I'm still holding on)

The lyrics don't do that song enough justice. It's a really good ****ing song.

How did Yvette Young learn guitar?

Young used her background in piano to use polyphony on a guitar. She taught herself guitar by ear after being hospitalized for an eating disorder. She notes, "I write with my ear, so I'm not really in a box in terms of chord shapes. And I don't use [traditional] shapes at all, which freaks a lot of people out!"

My best guess is they stayed up late, and had a 7-person Sit N Go.
