Was it cool, loungy music or club/pop crap? Can you have a normal conversation?
They definitely are, but the burger that Black Aces posted, while it probably tasted great, is not well executed. Put the lettuce, onions, whatever on the bottom before serving.
Vegas is great at a lot of things, but for some reason burgers is not one of them.
I think the amount of really good high end burgers is impressive, definitely lack the amount of small local joints dc or la or New Orleans have. I’d say we have way bigger problems with bbq and pizza than burgers.
somehow i'd like to continue the conversation about regional burger styles somewhere else but not sure the best format to pull that off
open to suggestions

Putting them to the side allows the customer more options as to what he wants and where.
Worse how?
I will say that smashed burgers at a good steakhouse for $26 is great value.
I prefer the toppings on top of the patty so that your tastebuds more directly get the burger, so I wasn't offended by the deconstruction haha.
imagine if there was a practical way to invert or rotate hand held food to achieve optimal customer enjoyment
we at hamburger robotics wake up every morning driven with that exact mission
always questioning what to call those things not on top
bottom feeders
willing to offer a 1% share of hamburger robotics in exchange for allowing us to trademark that phrase

I was thinking yesterday that robots will probably definitely be able to follow recipes and cook food in 20 years. A personal robot doing chores is prob. A definite in our lifetimes.
Seems like the discount on the NCAA squares oughta cover it.
shareholders will not receive dividends this quarter, but rent is due on saturday.
please send $20 to the usual paypal address to cover your portion
This.
But if not, would you accept five bullet points of my accomplishments this week in lieu of cold hard cash?

You stole my next line that I had spent a whole day setting up. 😡
Alright wj, either you ordered a medium well steak or that thing is murdered.
I always order medium and it was 10/10, one of the best I’ve had there. I like a good crust on my steak, those pieces are the best. The salmon also had that perfect crust too, grill man was killing it last night.
